Both an area of Greater London

Nope, nether Arsenal nor Crystal Palace are areas of London. Arsenal got it's name from Woolwich Arsenal, Crystal Palace from the actual crystal palace. So I guess they are/were buildings in London, but not areas of London.

If I had to guess again, maybe Port Vale

May should have said, or not stops on the London Underground

Port Vale was the one I was looking for.

more quizzes! :)

Ok:

Name 4 teams out of the 92 in England (Premiership, Championship and Divisions 1-2), who start with the same letter that they end with....

5. Can you name the 8 players who have scored for 5 different Premiership teams? (Own goals don't count)
Les Ferdinand, Stan Collymore, Andy Cole, Teddy Sheringham, Mark Hughes, our very own Nick Barmby, Benito Carbone... and I'm stuck.

To finish this one off, the missing name was Ashley Ward

No, not including the words football club.

Ok, while you think about that one, here's some more:

Which team has a football ground in 2 countries?
Name 5 English players who have been transferred for over £7m but have never played for England

Northampton

5 English Players: Carl Cort is one, Kevin Davis?, Dean Ashton (I'm sure he's played for England, actually) and up until the other day Ashley Young.

In other news, I'm having a hard time not laughing at Newcastle and their 'fans' right now.
