Mayweather wins by knockout 4th round... Just sayin. That's my apple watch fight prediction.

Nah man, Pacquiao wins. Time to knock the ***** out of that prick named Mayweather.

Everyone has apparently calmed down. Nice and quiet on this thread.

No movement, no news... there's only so much to talk about ;)

Though, I might have gone to my local Apple Store this afternoon to put on a beautiful SS blue LL watch for even just a couple minutes... I needed a fix, haha! Ended up having a nice chat with the Apple employee who was waiting on her Modern Buckle to ship. She said that of all the employees in this store, only 3 have their watches - everyone else is waiting like the rest of us.

I heard that. I wondered if that was true. A supervisor I talked to last week, said he was waiting for his that isn't scheduled to ship til June.

So guys I was talking to a nice guy from the Apple store yesterday he said apparently some Apple watch orders from employees got pushed to the back of the line, any truth to this?

All Japanese Leather Looper are also waiting to ship.
My order doesn't move yet too.
Order time is April 10th 16:03.

My Watch will ship on May 10-21.

Probably. Customer orders are always first. Apple Employees are not regarded as customers.

Just because Apple Employees might get a discount on the product, does not mean they aren't customers. They pay for the product just like everyone else.
A customer is someone who purchases the product for personal use. Yes, they are regarded as customers. They should get he product faster than the general public, aren't they the ones who need to know everything about the product to accurately sell the product?

When I waited in line for one of the iPhone releases, I was talking with the Apple employee that helped me. He told me they would have to do the same as any customer... wait in line on a day off, have someone get for them, or order online.

Right, so if they are waiting in line for an iPhone like every other customer, why would placing an order for a watch be any different? There orders are being processed and fulfilled just like everyone else.

Reports have indicated that they are getting a 50% discount off of the retail price. Apple makes more money serving the customers paying full price first. This is likely why the employees have to wait.

Who cares if they get a discount. They should get theirs just soon as everyone else.

Barring any new 2nd hand info about what's going on I think we are running out of things to say... Looks like classic buckles were moving again today according to the 4-6 thread....where is the person tracking flights???

Is our order status supposed to start showing up when it has arrived in Alaska? Because I'm confused with people tracking flights when there's no change on the leather loops yet.

So the flights for US orders go China -> Alaska -> Louisville, KY. Basically, once planes land in Louisville, there's going to be a new batch of watches starting to go out. (I believe the Canadian orders go from Alaska to Toronto? I think...) If you're tracking flights, you can get your hopes up every time a plane lands there... on the off chance your order soon goes from Processing to Preparing for Shipment.

It's mostly a fruitless endeavour to me... That is until your order ships and then it probably feels like it was totally worth it. ;)

I think it is a feeling of acceptance that our apple watch is coming........ Eventually........ Maybe this week............ Well we hope.

Someone implied, in another thread, that their Loop Band was shipping. I guess we'll wait for further evidence before we jump for joy. ;)
