Correct, at launch, it seems so, I would like to be wrong about this, as it would be nice to see PAYG o2 from launch, but at the moment doesn't seen like it.

Quoted from the o2 site
'You may know this, but you don't need a monthly contract to get an iPhone. You can buy an iPhone on Pay & Go from our online shop. Or from any O2 shop, Apple Store or, The Carphone Warehouse from 24 June onwards.
'

Granted it doesn't say iPhone 4 , and you do work at CPW so who knows

so in your professional opinion will O2 release it on PAYGO?

You don't need to be professional to read the O2 website. ;)

It's practically 100% confirmed that O2 will be selling iPhone 4 on PAYG. From O2's website, Apple Chat responses, Apples website, the fact that Apple are offering reservations in store when they only sell PAYG.

Don't worry.

Agreed, it's weird as my Boss and myself were confused that o2 didn't show up as PAYG on our system straight away, unless o2 are wanting to keep o2 customers for PAYG to their stores only, I'm really not sure at all, but from the looks of it so far, o2 on our systems are contract only.

See it for yourself here: http://shop.o2.co.uk/new-iphone/howtoupgrade.html

I doubt this info would go on the page prior to launch if it wasn't an option at launch. All the screen shots prove is that Carphone Warehouse aren't getting O2 PAYG iPhone 4 at launch ... not that Apple nor O2 themselves will not have it.

the orange 3Gs has been on the apple store since orange got the iPhone I believe thats nothing new

Right. And yet where is the iPhone 4 PAYG pricing? I expect that since Orange have the iPhone 3Gs on the Apple Store that they would be expecting to have the iPhone 4 on the Apple Store, too.
