I agree the networks have been rubbish so far, not one person I have spoken too at any network has given the same answer. I had a text this morning saying, you have been selected for an upgrade, we will call today or tomorrow. 6PM I get a call from CPW, they hang up! So I call CPW customer services to ask how to get back to them, and am told it is not possible, the text was a company error, no phone orders will be happening, and only a limited number of CPW store will have stock accross the UK.
Well whadya know, CPW just called me back at 9pm, 32gb Black iPhone 4 on its way to me on Thursday by DHL.
The moral - don't assume that what the customer service staff tell you is correct.
