So whats everyones plan who doesnt have a phone yet?

Im guessing Vodafone will get some more in stock in about 2 weeks, same for o2

Three is looking to get stock "end of July, beginning of August"

Then theres the White one that should be out mid July (im assuming this will get shipped when the 2nd wave of iPhones gets shipped.


I think im going to wait for Three to get them in stock, mainly because they are the best deal and im already with them.

haha I just listed my iphone 4 on ebay for £900. If someone is willing to pay that I'd be happy to part with it. Don't get me wrong it's an amazing phone but I would rather be £400 up.

initial impressions, AMAZING! not so sure about the reception issue, I can replicate it if I try, but reception at home on T-Mobile is rubbish anyway...

Had to cut my sim, this proved to be a bit of a nightmare as half of the sim was missing anyway (turbo sim back on the original iPhone) so it fits, and works, but I will need a new sim, and will order one as soon as T-Mobile get their act together and start offering them!

Thinking about a bumper case now but may hold tight in the hopes apple may give them away to resolve the reception issue.

But as above, you really have to try to get the reception to come down, otherwise I dont see an issue with it in normal use using both my left and right hands...

Let us know how you get one. There are a lot of sellers with either no or low single figure feedback, a great many buyers with the same too. Be careful!

No iphone, , sold out of 32 gb ones, going to wait for white. seems easier option.

That's my iPhone now been activated.

Synced everything on and I have to say it's great. Everything is so much sharper and clearer than my 3G, it's incredible, I've mucked around recording videos for awhile and again amazing quality for a phone. Even the sound seems better just listening to a few songs (with my Sennheiser's) it seems a little clearer than before and the album art just pops out with the display.

The phone seems a little heavier and much better made than the 3G, but I'll still be getting some sort of cover for it as I don't trust myself not to drop it at some point.

I haven't noticed any yellow parts on my screen, but I don't want to jinx it. Also I've not experienced any drops in signal strength, even when covering various parts of the phone. So far, so good on that issue.

Again, I really am delighted I've got it and I hope everyone else who is still waiting get's there's soon too. It was well worth getting up early and queueing to get.

Stood in a queue for 3 hours, got to the front and was told that I was in the wrong queue. The guy organising it had put me in the wrong freaking queue. When I complained I got a super insincere "Sorry about that". If I had been in the right queue, it would have taken half as long.

Does anyone know about tethering on Tesco Mobile? I've heard that there's no official bolt-on but can you still do it 'unofficially' provided you don't go over your data allowance?

So tethering is free with Three then? Thats really good. I didnt even realise it was an option and that Apple could setup contracts until it was too late this morning after we had upgraded. Probably would have gone with them.

Is yours getting shipped with UPS by any chance? Because I tried my TNT tracking code and got nothing . Kind of strange that Apple would use different people, what part of the country are you in?
