You: I ordered on the 16th, after 3 hours of trying to order on the previous day, with issues.
You: My iPhone is slated to ship before the 2nd, and I'd like to know if things are still on track?
Janet: I am sorry you had issues. Did you place it online or for store pickup.
You: I placed the order online
You: Unfortunately, the nearest Apple Store is about an hour and a half away from home
Janet: IT is still on track for that delivery date.
You: That's great. I hear that there are currently some antenna issues, is there any ETA for the fixing for this, assuming it is a software issue?
Janet: The ariel cannot be covered with your hand while talking or you risk losing signal.
You: Ok, where is the ariel located on the device?
Janet: It is on the side. A Bumper case does help with the reception.
Janet: Since the sides are metal the Bumper pad is plastsic and rubber so it insulates it.
You: Ok that's great. Just one more thing, a friend ordered an iPhone on the 17th, and it was shipped out on the 25th. He ordered a 32GB iPhone. Was/Is there a stock issue?
Janet: It is more of a high demand issue.
You: Ah right.
Janet: More ordered the smaller capacity so it is taking a little longer to fill the orders.
You: Interesting, thanks Janet

You: From your point of view, is there any chance my iPhone could arrive by the 1st July?
Janet: It may, but I do believe it will be after that day.
You: Ok thanks Janet. Well, that's all I need to know right now.
