I'm in Bournemouth. Just walked in the store as a new customer moving from O2, paid £60 deposit and 5 days later pick up my phone. Easy!! I guess some other people haven't been so lucky but as I said before, there was only a waiting list of 5 people when I ordered mine.

Man!!!
Ordered mine on the 24th june. 3:15 in store.
Paid 60 pounds as well...
Second in the list....
Haven't received it yet!!!!!
What the Fu**?
:confused::mad:

Just spoke to someone in the apple store.

They confirm that most apple stores in london will get stock towards the end of the week but they will give priority to people in the waiting list first.

Hopefully me :p

Tesco Update

Phoned my closest Tesco for the 3rd day in a row and they still don't have any stock. They're getting stock sometime this week but they just don't know when. I then phoned a few other stores around my area and all gave me the same answer.
I guess it's just a waiting game then, huh? :)

orange store still have no iphone 4s

What are you talking about?

Their online store has tons of black 16GB and 32GB - ordered one this morning for my wife, home delivery tomorrow.

O2 on the other hand, you have to call their customer service: rang earlier today to get a PAC code for my wife's account (going to Orange) and was offered an early upgrade for my phone. Black 16GB iPhone 4, delivery Monday, £201 trade in for my old 3GS. Thank you very much!

Cheers,
GB

Tesco have them in stock on their telesales line (0800 433 4994), just bagged myself a 32GB for delivery on Friday! Might still be able to get one if you're quick

Just called, they have none and the guy said they haven't had any for ages.

You have not received your goods .. I think you should go in and CANCEL!! .. sounds ridiculous and a cancellation might get their attention!!

Good point....I think I might do that. Anyonone has experince with walking into vodafone and getting one in-store?

Does o2's Blackberry Simplicty work on the iPhone?

Does o2's Blackberry Simplicty work on the iPhone?

I am looking to get this for my new iPhone 4 as it's double the minutes for the same iPhone Simplicty tariff plus Quidco are doing £100 cashback.

I know I will lose VV but I still get unlimited internet and wi-fi, unlimited texts and 600 minutes for £15.

Is the internet capped at 1GB?

Thanks,

Shawn

My local Tesco also said they would have them in on Monday but I've been in every day since and they are still to receive any stock..... :(

Still no update from T-Mobile either so unless they speak up soon then I'm off to greener "worse reception" pastures.

Both phones-4-u and carphonewarehouse seem to be willing to order 32GB ones for next day store pick up, not sure if this would be of interest to anyone.

Just checked my O2 upgrade order - it now shows complete, with DHL consignment note, today's dispatch date for delivery tomorrow. Originally I was supposed to receive it either Monday or Tuesday next week (order placed this morning, Wednesday).

So I guess if anyone wants to upgrade their O2 iPhone, ring them now and threaten to leave them, and ask for a PAC code. They seem to have plenty of iPhone 4s for immediate despatch, but only for customers that are likely to leave O2.

Hi guys, I wonder if you can help

I have been on the priority list in the apple store in glasgow since last monday and still haven't received a "come pick up" email...but that is another rant!

I am going away for a week tonight so If it is ready within the next week, my dad will have to go and get it for me.

My question is, what will my dad have to do when he goes through to pick it up. Will it have to be unboxed and activated in store or will he just be able to pick it up and let me sort it when I get back. I would prefer this as I love getting new stuff - as we all do!

Hope you can help
Best Regards

Hey guys I phoned my orange store today to find out that I should have been first a lot earlier.... (pre.ordered on the 24th)
So he told me that they might have one iphone left.
The bad news was it could be a 32 gb model.
But I said that it didn't matter (I preordered a 16gb)
So what he said was the first or last iphone in stock will be mine so hopefully I get it tomorrow...

Got my dodgy iPhone 4 changed at Regent Street Apple store today. Should I set up as new phone or use the backup? Genius in store, after prompting, thought maybe best to start from new. Any ideas anyone out there who has had to get a swap? Will probably restore from backup but will I reintroduce reception and proximity sensor issues?

I thought that Apple stores didn't have any stock of any iPhones... When did Regent St get a delivery to be able to give you a replacement?

And I would start from new, it won't take long to change settings, contacts and apps etc.
