White iPhone Bumper in stock

For anyone looking for a white bumper from Apple Store...

I ordered a white one this morning with a shipping time of 3 weeks. I got an email this afternoon saying it has been dispatched.

It took 3 hours instead of 3 weeks! 😀

UPDATE:
thought I would ring the AS instead to check on priority list and guess what, I can go and collect mine on the way home tonight! Not asking questions just keeping my head down and hopefully will be owner of iP4 tonight.

Hey guys,

is anyone having problems setting up visual voicemail? Every-time I do it works, I then click out of if, then it asks me for a password, then to setup my greeting again 😕
 
Does anyone know what the situation is with Tesco in the North West?

I'm on the 'waiting list' at the Baguley store and have rung them/popped in every day this week and they're still saying they've got no stock. On Monday they said that there was a problem/delay with deliveries in the area.

I called the Oldham store (11 miles from the Baguley store) just now and they DO have stock but they're reserving it for people on their list which is 7 pages long.

I had a missed call from a private number this afternoon so i'm wondering if it was my local Tesco store & they're just telling people who ring up that they've got no stock and are keeping it for people on the list who they are ringing....

Has anyone got any idea?

Why would one store with a phone shop get stock this week and another 11 miles away not?
 
vodafone have them back in stock. a nice lady phoned me today at 4pm and said they have just taken in a delivery, got one arriving tomorrow. cant fault their service 🙂

I also got an email today saying my Orange bumper had been shipped today ..8 days earlier than originally quoted.
 
Bought my sim free 32GB iPhone 4 on launch day from the bullring apple store.

Id been having the reception issues, and after seeing Steve Jobs *BS* letter was about to take my iPhone back for a refund.

I then checked on eBay and was shocked at how much they were going for. I decided to put it up for £750 to gage interest, and it sold in a matter of hours 😱

Im just gonna be patient now until the White iPhone is released and hopefully the reception issues will be sorted 🙂
 
Cpw stock

Anyone know about cpw stock, ive been trying to get an exchange since launch, then on tuesday I got one from oxford street only to find it's covered with black dots under the screen.
Hope they get stock in soon
 
Quick question

Can applecare be purchased for an iphone 4 purchased via orange ? Or is it only available if you buy the product directly from apple ?

applecare is only available via apple store an can be used against any iPhone on any network... at least this is what I am lead to believe (about availability for purchase)

It looks from the apple online store as tho you can purchase applecare without purchasing an iPhone from them 😀
 
Hopefully my local Tesco will have the iPhone 4 in stock tomorrow. I think the stock has been rising slowly northwards through the UK through the week. Maybe shipment landed in London and is creeping it's way north. Not too sure, just a hopeful guess!
But I have something to look forward to anyway, T in the Park baby! 😀
 
Phoned Regent Street Apple store.

Reckons I'll be waiting another 2-3 weeks for an iPhone 4. 🙁

I've been on the priority list for 10 days already. 😡

I wished i'd ordered it from the online store when I was on holiday 2 weeks ago.

You can add Applecare to your Apple device (iPhone 4) within the frist 12 months of original purchase.

If you shop around you can some times find it cheaper from other Apple retailers other than the Apple store.

The most important thing to do is register the Applecare to your device through the the Apple website link below:

How odd indeed - I've found a considerably longer battery life (not just because it's new) - about 6 and a half hours of use (as recorded by Settings > General > Usage) versus 4 and a half on a 3G when it was new.

So you must be really unlucky with your replacements.

Or (invoking Occam's razor), there's some particular app you're running that's got a bug in it since iOS 4, or when running on iPhone 4 (e.g., I've noticed one or two apps don't correctly disengage Location Services. i.e. the 'arrow' remains in the status bar even after pressing the Home button to leave the app, or when doing things within the app that really shouldn't require ongoing retrieval of your location. Now that really drains it.)
 
I'm heading to London on the 24th. What are the chances of me walking into Regent Street Apple Store and walking out with an iPhone 4?

Would be nice if they announced the White ones and i could reserve one for then 🙂

I returned mine today, largely because I'm not happy with O2 and their contracts. I'm now iPhone-less because I want to buy it SIM free and go with a SIM only contract, but of course Apple are out of stock.
 
Guys any ideas as to when colored bumpers will be avlaible in the apple retail stores?

I'm looking for a white one for my black iPhone
