if u can afford 2 months at £20 quid get one of the 30 day simplicity sims now lol, if you contracts up this august.?

My contact isn't up, it's when I'm eligible for an upgrade to basically lock myself in another contact on iPhone 4

If I let my contract expire 'naturally' I will have to wait another 6 month.

I'm just trying to think of a way to get on a simplicity plan, but there is so way o2 would let me downgrade from a contract to a simplicity plan.

just got a 12 month simplicity with unlimited data. the store rep called and asked whether my data would remain unlimited after october...he said it would until I specifically ask them to change my tariff which I'm never planning on doing :D

now just need to get the actual phone and switch it to a microsim

Maybe a clue?

I just went onto the UK Apple store and the iPhones listed on there have a different price point from the one I remember.

It states that the 16G 3Gs = £449 (the same)

and the 32G 3Gs = £499

I'm sure that the 32G was around the £550 mark.

If anyone can confirm this then please do. If it is a new price then it might be either they are selling off old 32s cheaper or this will be the new price for the iPhone 4.

Just had an email from Orange to say that they will email me again on Tuesday with details of how to reserve. not sure what to make of it to be honest. I just don't see the option of a nice contract phone coming by courier on launch day in the UK.

OK, so I have a PAYG iPhone 3GS, I'm on month 10 of my Web & WiFi Bolt-On. Are you saying I'll keep getting the free Internet forever? The tariff said it's only 12 months.

No. PAYG is different to being on a contract. The bolt on is only for a fixed period isn't it? You need to be on a 3GS or simplicity contract to keep the unlimited data. You could go a buy a simplicity tarrif to get the unlimited data given you only have a couple of months left.

I am getting to the point where i may just go and buy a different phone as they seems to be so much messing around and lack of communication :(

Just got an e-mail from Orange about the iPhone 4, but no tariff info. They did however say they'd be back in contact on the 15th.

Does anyone have any kind of idea what the handset prices will be (not PAYG, just the contract prices), based on what they were for the 3GS this time last year?
