Looks like 5 flights in the air Anchorage -> Louisville and one Anchorage -> Ontario, CA

Good luck everyone.

Has anyone narrowed down a timeframe for when Apple charges your card and marks your watch as "Preparing for Shipment" based on the departure time of flights? Otherwise, I'm not sure how "OCD", or even useful, it is to track the flights.

The way I understand it, I don't believe any of that occurs until your watch reaches either Louisville or Rialto. From there, they get assigned and shipping labels created.

I'm seeing SEVEN flights from Anchorage to Louisville tonight

UK Flights

So with a bit of research seems like UK flights enter the country at East Midlands Airport on UPS Flight UPS237 from Philadelphia Intl (KPHL) one or twice daily.

Not sure yet how the watches are getting from US Touchdown to Philly tho

UK orders look to be going:

Step 1: Shenzhen Bao'an Int'l (ZGSZ / SZX) to Anchorage Intl (PANC) - 9 Hours
UPS 77

Step 2: Anchorage Intl (PANC) - Louisville Intl (KSDF) - 6 hours
Plane Numbers: UPS 77, 99, 61, 63, 6059, 81, 2997, 109, 6077

Step 3: LOUISVILLE to Philadelphia - 1 1/4 hours
UPS 219, 209, 237

Step 4: Philadelphia to East Midlands Airport - 6 1/2 hours
UPS 237, 232. Looks like 2 flight daily

Road Deliveries from there.

That does not make sense at all. UK watches must come just like other orders in Europe directly from China. It doesn't make sense for the watches to enter the U.S. First

For anyone still tracking this thread for flights and hopes...

Looks like planes landing in Anchorage shortly and FlightAware shows 4 flights from Anchorage to Louisville departing this afternoon and arriving overnight. Here's to more & more movement every day...

Tracking flights is nothing new. IIRC, this was created around the time of the iPhone 6.

This is new and news flash to me. I think this is getting to a borderline obsessive behavior over something that is NOT to that extent. I'm sorry, but this thread genuinely left me shocked and a bit worried about the lengths the community goes to track down something like an Apple watch. Apple gave you a time frame for when your order will be delivered. That's all you should worry about it. Set your phone to update you when new charges get charged and when the apple watch charge comes in, you know your watch is on its way.

But looking for flights is honestly scrapping the bottom of the barrel IMO.

But camping out for days on the old launch day was perfectly fine in your book?

It's a thing. If it's not for you, there are several other threads to peruse. It's part of the fun/frenzy for others.

No, camping out for a phone as well, is taking things too far.
My point is simple, you're obsessing over something worth 500 dollars and have people. People are obsessing too much over a consumer toy. Its ok to LOVE an item, but this is imo too much.
