My location code is N832101, but I have no idea how to use that to provide me with any information.
Really? Well let's let each other know when we figure out what the hell it means lol
When I talk to the VZW rep I asked about the code. He stated it relates to where the phone is distributed from.
That is correct. I knew that. I was under the impression that some people seem to know where those locations are. I have no idea where ours is.

Are you trading in a phone? VZW just shipped me the packing material to send back the old phone.
Location codes are where your device will be shipped from you guys must be not far apart from the same hub
Right, we understand that. It's just that some people seem to know what locations these location codes correspond with. We know what our location code is, but have no idea which distribution hub/location that code is connected to.
There will be another thread popping up soon if it hasn’t already that should have that info along with what actual flight your phone will be on from China
I also just spoke to Verizon and got them to credit my account $30 for the upgrade fee that I want suppose to be charged in the first place
How do you know if you were not supposed to be charged an Upgrade Fee? I purchased 2 iPhone Xs for 2 lines at full price, was I suppose to be charged an upgrade fee?
reading you guys' tracking info makes me so depressing. i placed my order at 12:10am this morning via Verizon app. i did the replace my current phone upgrade and pay in full. preorder went through fine, but i never received any confirmation email and the order status has been stuck on pending, shipping date is estimate 11/3. i finally received the so call confirmation email around 9am today after i called multiple times. apparently, my preorder is in the internet order department's system but not in customer reps' system, they had to dig around a bit in order to see my preorder. long story short, it's still in pending status, customer reps keep telling me once there's nothing to worry about, i'm getting mine delivered on 11/3, but i need that tracking number damnit. below is what it's showing on Verizon's website, is this normal?

I knew I wasn’t because It wasn’t on my page at all it only stated the $30 activation fee that would come on my bill but yet they processed to charge me for an upgrade fee so I told them that and the rep said it will be credited back with a fight u should chat in and tell them u didn’t say anything about upgrade fees and I bet they will credit both back to u
When we spend 1k on a phone and worry about $30 fees. Gotta save that $30 for the $1500 phone next year.
“They pulled some strings” and issued a credit for my account. My card hasn’t been charged but I expect it to be on Wednesday or Thursday

It's the same stuff every year. You ordered from VZ, it always feels like it's going to be a sh&*show, it almost always isn't and for the very few that it is... everyone back-pats you and sympathizes that you can't inhale the offgas from the unboxing as soon as the others do. Relax.
Enjoy that these are your problems in this world and not finding a bite to eat or staying warm. It's a great time to be alive if you're in here stressing about a cell phone delivery date.
Also I got an 11/3 delivery date 256gb Silver with a 3:18 am conf email. Holllaaaaaa!! Lol

Spot on about the whining. It will get here when it gets here but some people are worried based on previous years and how volatile the systems are at the time of ordering.
Why spend $30 when you don’t have to? That’s a tank of gas.
