How is pending better than processing??

I thought pending will be before processing

pending > processing > preparing shipment > shipped > delivered ???

Have just been doing a lot of net searches. These are some I have found thus far.

Is this the ACE number? where is: 3560808

Just looked up the location number (0862001) for my order and my phone will be coming from Memphis, TN. (about a 6hr drive) If Apple didn't put the brakes on a set release day, (for the carriers) I would probably get my phone sooner than 11/3.

Last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s been shipped via UPS and I just go to pick it up

Yea I wait until it’s on it’s way then I can usually use MYups and make the change or call UPS and have them do it

So calling to change the address AFTER it has shipped is better, not when I get the tracking number? It can still be changed once it leaves their facility?

I believe so! I will double check again because you've got me thinking now lol. But the way I was wording it to them that they were confirming was that "it has to be shipped" before I can call and change, or else they cancel the pre order, so I take that as being sure by waiting until it starts leaving the facility to call since that mean's it's on its way somewhere and won't be cancelled lol.

Especially for ones that show an order date of 10/26. It just doesn't add up.

Ordered through verizon, delivery says 11/3 but I need to know.. I have package concierge in my buidling (no phsyical person). Do they require a signature for Verizon packages, or will they allow the package to be put in package concierge without a signature? Also, is there a way to pre-sign for packages from verizon (Fedex)??

It shows both your shipment date and your order date a day before they were even on sale. Explain that one, Einstein.

i was able to get the $30 upgrade fee waived via live chat. They are crediting my account the $30.

I talked to a CSR to see if I could get mine switched to a payment plan (wasn't an option when I pre-ordered) and was told to call back as soon as I activated my phone to see if they can do a credit/rebill so I wouldn't lose my pre-order

Hope they work that out for you.
