Ordered through verizon, delivery says 11/3 but I need to know.. I have package concierge in my buidling (no phsyical person). Do they require a signature for Verizon packages, or will they allow the package to be put in package concierge without a signature? Also, is there a way to pre-sign for packages from verizon (Fedex)??

When you get your tracking number you can check. Yes they normally require signature. I wouldn't trust my phone just laying around without a physical person there.

Order number tracking number all agree on confirmation email status page and ups. All I can think of is that this phone is Enroute to hub and it will be held there until 11/3. It says 10/26 because it was ordered on Verizon at 11:58 pm on the 26th...No other explanation guys. Chill out.

Your commitment to the bit is impressive but it is still a bit. It was shipped one minute after you ordered I guess since the ship date was 26th also. And you're the first person to have your new phone shipped via Ground from Verizon.

Per usual, I expect my status to remain in “processing” until Thursday, when it’ll be overnighted.

I expect a text prior to shipping, letting me know the order has been “acknowledged.”

what is the upgrade penalty? I need to see if i was charged it.... I believe I paid taxes and activation.

It's the $30 Upgrade Fee... When I was talking to them, I framed it as a penalty. And I was able to have a Supervisor waive it.
