Time to buy?

I have a 2012 macbook pro that I was going to upgrade to the newest macbook pro in April-ish. My charger officially broke today and new chargers are $80. Should I buy the charger just to use it for two months or should I make the big purchase? Any other options are welcome... thanks!

It is very unlikely that there will be any MBP refreshes in April. Although one never knows with Apple...

Buy a charger. You'd need it resell your 2012 anyway.

Buy a charger. The 2012 is still a very good macbook.

Do you want to upgrade? If so, go for it but buying as new machine just because the charger died is not a good idea..
