Did Caudabe solve the QC issue with the MagSafe imprint last year does anybody know? Seems a strange issue seeing as cases prior like the Sheath I have on my 13 Pro Max didn’t have it. Maybe they realised they needed to return to a thicker back plate.

Maybe they made the back plate thinner for the 15 version to make room for the satin insert?

Hopefully, those of us who ordered the Paragon won't be waiting too much longer for those to ship.

As all of you get your iPhone 16 tomorrow, please give us a thorough review on the camera control button. How well does the touch functionality work with your case vs. no case at all?

Those are the observations all of us are anxious to hear about.

Did anyone else buy all 3 Paragon colors because they couldn't decide which they liked most? They all look so nice. Hoping I like the material, and hoping they have an easy return process if I don't!

It doesn't look like its very noticeable from those pics though to be honest, I could live with that.

Me too. I wouldn't even have noticed had someone not pointed it out. The MagSafe ring was never a big deal to me.

What is a bigger deal to me are those metal buttons. They look fantastic in those photos. Can't wait to try them out. My Sheath and Synthesis arrive tomorrow. Should have them around the time I get my phone.

Nice. My Shesth is 3 to 5 days away so bought a cheap J-Tech case off Amazon to tide me over. No way I’d risk going caseless for a few days as undoubtedly i’ll drop the phone at some point lol.

This happens every year around release day, not sure why they don’t staff up for the rush.

Pro tip: Only send one email to their customer support box until you get a response from them. Each time you send a follow up email you get bumped to the back of the line.

The Sheath I ordered is actually out for delivery by USPS. It might even get here before my new iPhone, which is also due sometime today!
 
I agree. 99% of the people don’t even know what a Magesafe imprint is or what it looks like.

Disagree, I don’t think 99% of people who buy premium cases (yes $50 for a plastic case is in the premium category) have no idea that all of a sudden a MagSafe imprint is showing nor don’t care. And as I mentioned, if it was that much of a majority that didn’t care- then Caudabe would have no issues responding to emails in any kind of timely manner.

Now if you want to say that 99% of people ordering $5-$10 cheap cases on Amazon don’t notice things I’d be in agreement.

If you only knew the numbers lol. The amount of people who are complaining about the MagSafe ring is so small. I’m not even trying to troll or anything. I’m dead serious it’s so small.

They have no way of knowing how many people didn’t buy a Sheath because of the bump though. Customers complaining after the fact is one thing, potential customers passing on a product due to bad publicity is another. The latter is completely opaque to mfrs.
