I think the best part of this is the wife is sleeping and has no idea we're taking a road trip tomorrow to pickup our phones. She was disappointed we never got tracking numbers from AT&T despite preordering at 3:15 am est on 9/12.

Mine either. She has no idea I reserved 2 in different states (about the same distance from home but in opposite directions). Hopefully, we're going on a road trip for one and canceling the other. Depends if either of my purchases can be converted over to the Next program or not. Should be an interesting morning.

I wasn't able to reserve a phone using my family plan - I "created" a new line. But i want to activate the phone on my family plan, i didn't want a new line. Would I be able get this done and just explain the situation to them? I mean, the new line and account doesn't take effect until you activate it, no? I payed for the phone and the order went through.

the 6s are really easy to come by. Unfortunately, the 64gb 6 Plus is pretty difficult still. They sold out in minutes of going live tonight.

My Apple Store still shows 6 Plus as available today in 64 and 128gb

Couldn't sleep and I saw this thread....

So I had a mid oct delivery 6+ on order with apple.com, and used the apple store ipad app to check my local store for a 6+, and it showed a green check mark. Cancelled my order on apple.com to free up my ATT line, and ordered a 64 locally. It went thru and now it says to wait for the email when to pick it up...

stunned....but my CC is showing a temp auth for the whole amount...

will I really be able to pick it up today Saturday?

T-mobile stock seems to be really low. I was able to get them in Norcal, but all of the inventory went away within the first few minutes availability started to show up.

I got my 6+128gb tmo galaxy grey delivered to me this morning but tks to op, i was able to grab a 6+ 64gb tmo silver for my wife. So now we can cancel our att 6+ upgrades and don't have to wait 3 to 4 weeks.

Just waiting for my 2nd email from apple so i can pick it up tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed

I woke up at (3am cst) just because and decided to check if the plus available at a store near me. I saw both North Ave and Michigan Ave have them available so I pulled the plug. Got myself a 64GB Grey iPhone 6+ and got my mom the 16GB Grey iPhone 6+. I was debating and still am debating whether I want the 64GB or 16GB + iCloud.

I know Verizon devices are GSM unlocked so I can use'em on TMO

So OP you are awesome. I just cancelled my late October delivery three orders and placed three new orders for pick up today at Knox St. Dallas store. To make things more crazy our home Internet is down since midnight so all orders were placed over att lte. Now just waiting for pickup notification. Order confirmation recieved immediately. Two 16 gold plus and one 64 gold plus

How to exchange 6 for 6 Plus via online order and in store pickup?

So I picked up my 6 yesterday at Apple via an upgrade to one of my Verizon lines for the subsidized price.

While in the store I marveled at the 6 Plus but they of course didn't have any.

How can I purchase a 6 Plus online for an in store pickup, return my 6, and still get the subsidized price on the replacement 6 Plus?

I can't seem to get past the "check your upgrade eligibility" portion to place the Apple Store Online order to do the exchange or check their stock availability on the 6 Plus!

what can i do if att wont let me cancel my preorder. I tryed to cancel myself but it was rejected and on the chat they arent able to cancel. I found the device at an apple store near me. This sucks
