That’s precisely the point. In a time when tech bros are acting increasingly unhinged, maybe bland and unexciting is precisely the stability I crave in a company whose products I rely on for pretty much everything in my life.I remember the time when so many on this forum asked for Timothy Cook to be sacked and for Elon Musk to be the one to replace him. Just goes to show how most of us have no clue how to run a company. Tim Cook might be bland and unexciting, but at least he isn't completely bonkers.
There goes Marty, patting himself on the back once more!
If privacy is your concern then it's probably not a good idea to be using social media which is designed for you to share anything you want with anyone you want.Bonkers. Completely unnecessary. Trashing an established brand. Aiming for some nebulous "super" app that probably destroy privacy even more...
Regardless of the political stance you have of Twitter, his mismanagement of the app and killing of third parties really has destroyed my usage of the service. I would happily have paid to keep third party apps around.
I agree with above, the app name may work, it may not. But changing Tweet's to X's makes no sense. and if this is an "everything app", they could have left the Tweet and Twitter brand intact somewhere in the app.
boring is better than bonkers.I remember the time when so many on this forum asked for Timothy Cook to be sacked and for Elon Musk to be the one to replace him. In the case of Alphabet and Meta it made sense since they are the parent companies while Google is the Search Engine branch and Facebook the Social Media branch.Google to Alphabet, don’t forget about that one.
