Yep, It's out for delivery now. But the time window is 2-6pm, hopefully it shows up earlier than that. How about yours?
This year, I got a little ironic humor from the delivery gods. Both iPhone 16s got delivered on 9/20. For the two trade in boxes, only one arrived on 9/21 with no update on the other.
That's not the irony. The really irony is when luck smiles on me, it's a Mona Lisa smile of meh. When bad luck comes my way, it's on the order of a freight train full of coal with no working brakes traveling at 200 MPH running over me......but then miraculously stops and accelerates backwards at 200 MPH to finish me off.

"Worthless" is a bit harsh. From Apple you know they have your order, and then you know when Apple says it has "shipped". But if your phone starts in China, you'll have a "preparing to ship" week of it being received by UPS in China, moving across the Pacific to Anchorage and on to Louisville, then clearing US Customs, before Apple says "shipped".
UPS tracking will have all those steps noted along the way.
So Apple's tracking will give you no idea of where it is until it is leaving Louisville for your home.
I have 2 gig internet fiber service and this year my music download of 245gb was like 15 minutes. No joke, the fastest ever, before it took me like 2 hours for my iPhone to finish setting up. My download speeds are right there with you and I’m next to the modem!!!

So still trying to sort out my gift card preorder. Spent 45 minutes on phone with Apple. They told me it was fixed. The store lead tells me that they don’t have my order.
This stems from the App Store taking money out of my gift card and then trying to pull the balance.
apple still took my full gift card balance mind you, they won’t allow me to pay an extra $20 or whatever it is the App Store took out of the account.
On my eighth phone call about this order all stemming back to last Sunday when it wouldn’t let me preorder because I tried to add Apple care and that disallows preorders with gift cards.

You have to search to find a flight that left your last Departure point from your UPS tracking code scan? You have to match the takeoff time to your last time shown.
What was the exact time, city and I will take a look to see what Carrier route your iPhone is on.

Just finished phone call with UPS.
My alleged delivery window for today is not correct - the UPS distribution is closed today.
UPS International rep said my package is being traced and investigation started.
Was told to expect a call from UPS on Monday.
Going to Apple store now.
My phone was delivered today! The UPS lady was actually very apologetic about the delayed delivery. Thanked her delivering it today instead of Monday.
I’m glad UPS came through. Mine says it’ll be here Monday before 1:30 now. It has an “on the way” scan last night

20 minutes?! That’s great! Every time I’ve tried that, I get an estimate of 6-8 hours.
So the package updated again to state undeliverable due to incomplete address. It’s the same name and address on the package he JUST delivered. UPS support tried calling the hub to see if it could be redelivered today, but of course no answer.
This not a departure scan. It only shows moving from one location to the next. You are looking for yet another "Departed from Facility". As shown it the attachment below.

Did you manually verify what is showing on your UPS Tracking number? You mentioned yesterday that they actually delivered something to another address. Are you in a muliti unit building with hard to identify unit numbers?
They also use that incomplete address address for a missed delivery attempt when the driver just performs a drive-by so they don't get dinged on their metrics (not all drivers but some have been known to do this).
For weekend deliveries there are often different drivers and trucks for Saturday Delivery vs Re-delivery attempts on Weekends.

They delivered someone else’s packages to my door yesterday. It was 12. I’m 30. There are big numbers on the front of each building and 12 is nowhere near me. I’ve lived here 7 years and have never had a wrong package delivered or not gotten a package.
Yes my address is correct. I’ve gotten multiple UPS orders from Apple this week. It was package 1 of 2 on his truck today, he delivered the backpack with no issues. I even told him there was a second package and he said he only had one for me (packages both in my name). He marked it as undeliverable 5 minutes later.
I spent an hour on the phone with UPS and the only thing they could come up with is maybe the label got damaged. He tried calling the hub multiple times but no answer. Now I just have to wait until Monday.
OK always ask since every source you purchase from may have a slightly different address but you confirmed your Apple UPS tracking was correct for your iPhone. A number of reports of the Apple Store app not having the correct address last when the Order rush was on...
Sorry that it is so hard for UPS to make a delivery to you. The good news is based on the reports on the thread you are part of an exclusive club this year. Please keep us updated on Monday's attempt by UPS to find it and delivery it to you.
I really wish that Apple would move launch day deliveries to a Wednesday so UPS is open for 2 additional days to address errors before the weekend. Yea we all know that Friday is normally the slowest day for deliveries but the exceptions should make Apple rethink this decision.
