My window was 2 Oct to 7 October, however I just checked and it has changed to 3 October between 12:45 and 2:45. Hooray! At first I thought it might be referring to the box for me to return my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but that came earlier today. I’m a happy camper. It’s still sitting in China right now.

My current status (I don’t believe it will arrive today)

It showed up about 1.5 hours ago

Phone was in china Wednesday and made it to my city this morning and UPS said out for delivery, then it said freight truck was late and they’re going to reschedule. Called ups they said Monday the earliest. I didn’t even bother arguing because UPS. Then miraculously it shows up on the truck and 25 minutes later my new Desert Gold 512 PM is all set up and ready to go. 😚

No, I did not do a carrier upgrade. I did an "Apple" deal.....got the 850 for the IP15PM.
OK now what do you want when you trade-in your iPhone at the Apple Store? A Gift Card or have the $840 applied to your delivered iPhone 16 PM?

Yes it should be $10 less when you do it in-store vs your mail-in return.

Mine was suppose to arrive between Oct 2-7th and it arrived today. Will set it up tomorrow because I have an irrational fear it's going to take 7+ hours to transfer everything. I've been hearing a lot of people saying it took forever for the their phone to transfer everything to the new phone, my brother in law included. His took 7 hours. Tomorrow I'll have time for that.

My phone arrived at a different facility in Zhengzhou (after departing and quickly arriving from a different one) yesterday around lunch and hasn’t moved at all today. I’m sure its just waiting on more phones or something like that but I don’t know if I should expect any activity over the weekend.

I used an Encrypted Backup to my MBP and restored from that, via Thunderbolt 4 USBC cable. Took 40 minutes for the restoration and another 90 minutes for background app loading to finish. That was for about 120GB, and fiber wifi6 speeds for the app background load.

In my latest trade-ins, it found it to be less if you gift card vs apply to your purchase…not necessarily b/c your trading it in store vs mailing it in. I traded a 12 and a 13 this past week and went thru that.

If you do a carrier upgrade in store, does the trade-in still need to be sent off for evaluation or is the credit applied on the spot? Debating on ordering online vs waiting for in-store availability to replenish on the iPhone 16 Pro. I’ve read many stories of mailing in your iPhone for trade-in credit being quite the hassle.

Do you mean choosing one of the Carrier installment agreements or just a trade-in and selecting a Carrier? Both are handled the same way in an Apple Store. You complete all the steps in the store, nothing to send away for evaluation.

If you purchase through Apple then you trade-in through Apple. If you are wanting one of the Carrier $1000 Credit plans for 36 months in-store upgrades. The Apple employee will use scan a QR code to start diagnostics on your trade-in and perform a quick visual inspection and you leave the phone with Apple.

Yes, UPS trucks are common here on Saturday (DFW area). Apple site is still showing estimated delivery Oct 2 - 7th. UPS delivery has gone from Sep 26th to Oct 2nd, then Sep 27th and now Sep 28th.

Here is the tracking, scan details....
iPhone arrived today (Sat, 9/28) just before noon.

background: ordered 6 minutes after pre-orders opened (had already pre pre-ordered). delayed 6min due to Apple system gating entry to online store. First year didn't get launch day delivery. Was scheduled for Oct 2 - 7th window. Actually shipped on 9/21. UPS initially indicated 9/26 delivery, then with delays moved to 10/1, until finally updating for Saturday delivery on 9/28.

Now just to work on Fedex delivery of return kit. Must be new Fedex driver and delivering all my packages this week suddenly to someone else (different doormat pictures captured in deliveries). UGH.

Welp, I tried to use the "courier" delivery for the first time and it was a bust. I ordered a 16 Plus and a Silicone Case in the same order. The courier (UberEats) showed up right on time, and handed me a concerningly small and light Apple Store bag which was sealed with heavy duty tape. With nervous hands, I opened the bag to find only my case inside, even thought the Apple Store App claimed both the case and the iPhone had been delivered. I don't think this was courier issues, but the Apple Store that processed the order made a mistake.

Immediately called Apple, and they said they will do an investigation and send for a replacement within 48 hours.

How stupid, I should've just driven the 30 minutes and picked up the phone from the store myself.

I do iphone to iphone. When I got the 14PM I came from a 12Pro. transfer took 30 minutes. Now today from 14PM to the 16PM took 3 hours.

UberEats drivers now deliver iPhones and you thought it was a good idea?

I sent my iPhone trade-in out via UPS. It's delayed in Louisville, probably due to the hurricane. Hopefully, it will be on its way soon.

You should be able to do it in the store, I mailed in 4 trade-ins and they were processed without any issues this year.

Finally moved to preparing to ship for my preorder with an initial delivery window of 10/7-14 (first year when upgrading not getting it on launch day) but when it moved to PTS it moved my delivery window back to 10/15-22. Anyone else had this issue?

I believe I found my tracking info, but it’s all masked cause I’m having it delivered to my office and I can’t add the address to MyChoice. Ugh.
Same thing g happened to me but still don’t see any tracking info. Any updates for you?

With a late order (last week) I have a long wait. Oh well. Right now it's showing 17-24. Maybe it will come early, but maybe not. This is what happens when you can't make up your mind on if you want to upgrade or not.

So I had to wait because I could not decide on a Pro or Pro Max. I wanted to see one first. Did go with the Pro Max for me. My shipping date is Oct 21-28. My husband is getting the Pro and his date is Oct 12-20.
