Welp, I tried to use the "courier" delivery for the first time and it was a bust. I ordered a 16 Plus and a Silicone Case in the same order. The courier (UberEats) showed up right on time, and handed me a concerningly small and light Apple Store bag which was sealed with heavy duty tape. With nervous hands, I opened the bag to find only my case inside, even thought the Apple Store App claimed both the case and the iPhone had been delivered. I don't think this was courier issues, but the Apple Store that processed the order made a mistake.
Immediately called Apple, and they said they will do an investigation and send for a replacement within 48 hours.
How stupid, I should've just driven the 30 minutes and picked up the phone from the store myself.
