I’ve seen nothing on my watch either and it’s my first year ordering one for launch day. Is it possible the watches are already stateside since they let you pre-order so much earlier? My phone is tracking but I haven’t tried doing any reference number tracking on the watch.

My experience in the Apple store is that if you’re going to transfer data from the old phone it will take a lifetime as everyone is eating up the bandwidth.
I would ask what your options are when you go there. I did this last year and they had me trade in my old phone and tried to swap the carrier info over to the new one, but I said I would set it up fully when I got home. Once I got home and tried to set up the new phone. It wanted me to confirm information on the old one which I couldn’t do and I ended up having to go to the AT&T store to purchase a new eSim from them because whatever the person at the Apple Store made it impossible for the cell service to be activated on my new phone. By the time I finally got the phone set up and everything resolved. I realize that if I had just waited for shipping, I would’ve been done way earlier in the day even though my UPS driver doesn’t come until like 4 o’clock on launch day.

I'm guessing Wave 2, since this was the timeframe I was in last year and you are I are very similar in times. Do you have a Departing & Arriving in Zhengzhou which seem backwards like in my pic on my other post? Those are probably the same times as mine.

Yes, I would say so and then they will merge with Wave 2 enroute and arrive in Louisville together on the same plane, at least that's how it happened before.
