That would be me ? They're customer service is truly appalling. They're also totally non-committal on when they might have stock - so you can ignore whatever they quote on they're website. Going to try and buy from Apple direct instead as they are not worth the hassle.
You know what, I'm honestly probably gonna do this. For the sake of £150 is it really worth waiting like a month?
Gonna shoot them an email asking if it'll be sent this week, and if not to cancel it

I don't want the hassle with returns after its dispatched, seems it'll be a pain with them so want to wait for them to confirm cancellation. If they dispatch this week then whatever will keep it most likely

They told me today that they didn't know when they would receive stock and couldn't commit to a timeframe.

The other thing to bear in mind is if you change your mind and want to return it, or if there an issue. I've got two open cases with them - one a refund on a iPad Mini which I've waiting well over 2 weeks for now with very poor contact / service, and the cancellation of my MacBook Pro order which again they've been useless on. If you look at their reviews on Trustpilot a lot of others have had similar experiences. However I've ordered other items from them in the past. Its only ever worked out if 1) they've had stock and 2) there was no issue with the product.

Worst comes to it you can always do a chargeback if you paid with a credit card

Or if you paid with PayPal dispute the transaction - if the seller doesn’t respond within 14 days you get an automatic refund

 Parcelfarce. So whilst the rest of us are eagerly awaiting our shiny new macs, I guess I'm eagerly awaiting the inevitable "sorry we missed you" slip which the driver will put through my letterbox without even knocking.

Ok so Costco deliveries are coming from Ingrams.
They are using Parcelforce. I reckon Costco normally use UPS or advised wrong and just feeding that into their system.

Check your email and you should have an email from Parcelforce with options in. The shortened number is what is working on Parcelforce website for me. The e long one gives a little info. The short one gives more. Looks like the short number is from the 3rd digit for 9 characters.

Have there been any reviews yet which have tried to articulate how much bigger the 14” screen feels compared to the 13.3” ones we are all used-to?
