UK - Anyone's Macbook Shipped Yet?

I alternate between both (only to get more detailed shipping info from the US store). Although my MB hasn't actually shipped yet..
USA, and then copy the tracking numbers provided there into the relevant courier's website. I actually have 6 orders in just now (I work for a university computing dept. and regularly make many Apple orders). Some of my orders consist of just one laptop alone, others are for several laptops, and yet others are for laptops + other miscellaneous items. I can see that orders that just contain laptops seem to all have UPS Ireland as the courier, and I can track the details fine. However, orders that have other items (such as printers or iPods) have "Merge in Transit GB" shown, and I can't figure out how to track such orders.
well shoot us a message (private or in this thread) if you find out how.
When i rang the apple people yesterday, they said the reason i have no tracking details is because their waiting for the two products to meet. That would explain 'merge in transit GB'
October the 17th? I ordered mine at 7.22pm aswell
Estimated delivery date is the 31st now
D), not sure if this will be all 3 items...I use the UK store, I didnt realise I'd be able to look at the USA store but I will go look now to see if it has any extra information.
Just checked my order status for the 2.0 macbook, iPod nano and printer on the apple store and it has changed to shipped today October 25th

My order was placed on the 18th, and it's saying expected delivery on October 31st for the iPod and printer. However, I suspect this may mean it's merged with my Macbook on the 31st, so maybe actual delivery will be later?
I ordered early on the 15th and I was getting quite frustrated...I got an e-mail today saying it has shipped (also ordered printer and ipod) - and it now says estimated delivery 30th october (subject to change)..
Lets hope so, I was getting annoyed at the 3-4th estimated date when people ordering after were getting them later..
I'm sure they have ipods and printers in stock :|

i ordered the same day as you and mine hasn't shipped as well...it says "prepared for shipment" since yesterday morning...wtf apple??

The status now says it is in transit again, and that it should arrive by the scheduled delivery date, but the thing is since it dissapeared due to the "clearance" issue they haven't put it back up again, so must presume its still on its way for Monday.

I think it's in Holland already but they just scanned the paperwork later in China. Plus the time difference, etc.

Ah thanks for that. However it does actually say Departure in China, whilst it only mentions "Package Data" in NL.
The anticipation is really killing me here. I ordered on the 17th (had to wait to get into Uni for the discount ) and it shipped today but I've been given 3 different dates. Unfortunately it's mail in transit so i get rubbish shipping details.

Like a few others I ordered with a printer and iPod. I ordered on the day of the keynote, really hoping it'll be here Monday, but still don't have a carrier assigned or anything. Can't say I'm impressed that we're getting them so late when amazon has been shipping them etc.
hmmm...i ordered a couple of hrs after the keynote an alumn macbook and a touch and i didnt get any tracking number yet. all it says is that estimated delivery time is 1st of Nov and that it shipped on 22nd. im not in the uk though.

mine is the same mate - I know one thing it's a bit of a joke, and I will order from a reseller next time, will be much quicker !

I was always slightly suspicious of the Monday delivery estimate, having only had mine sent on Friday it seemed a bit rapid considering the distance involved.
However like you I'm not touching Apple with a bargepole again, as nice as it is to have it come direct from the factory this is a total piss take considering I spent over £1000.
£1000 gets you over a week for dispatch and then another 5 days of shipping. Why is it the World Saver UPS delivery option, should at least be standard.

you might get it on the 3rd. I ordered on the day of keynote and initially got a 03-04 of Nov which was later updated to 1st of Nov.
The only real difference is it tells you the company shipping the laptop from China. I was unable to track mine (still hasn't changed) from China however if its shipped by UPS i believe you can see where it is, when its exported/imported ect.
Hopefully tomorrow will bring some change for those of us expecting them then. If we do not receive them, hopefully some answers will come...
Unfortunately, it really doesn't look like they'll arrive tomorrow now, since everyone who can track their shipments seem to have an updated delivery date of Wednesday.
Yep, I am regularly checking the UPS site and I'll let everyone know as and when it changes. At the moment it is exactly as in my previous post, presumably on a flight from Incheon (there is a very large airport there) to somewhere.
