I've had an email with a 'Track Shipment' button. However, when I click the button there isn't actually any tracking info. I guess it'll update soon?

Probably. Sounds encouraging though! Normally I don’t get a shipment notification until the night before delivery, sometimes quite late!
Sounds like it has shipped from China. Mine has the same delivery and I have not heard any thing yet. Hope it does come tomorrow, but do not hold your breath.
Fingers crossed. I'm really excited for this watch.

That's what mine was showing when I got up this morning. It had changed by the time I got to work.
I get the feeling that the watches are in the UK already (probably Ireland) and will just be shipped overnight. In the past I have been able to track my watch on the UPS site using the order number as the tracking number and watched its journey from China.Think these are coming DPD though.
The watch’s and phones that are being delivered tomorrow will be in the UK now ( Syncron Hinckley), the one’s being delivered on 23/25 are probably in China and will be shipped over the weekend.

I'm sure that those of us with delivery due tomorrow will get them tomorrow. Previously we could track orders (with UPS) from China, but this seems to have stopped now. However, this is what I think has happened (based on previous 'trackable' orders):
- Order status changes from 'Processing' to 'Preparing to ship' once the address label is printed (the point of no return for online cancellation). This happened last Friday for my order due tomorrow.
- The labels will have been stuck on the boxed watches which are then dispatched en masse on pallets. This no longer shows as dispatched on Apple's system, although US AW5 pre-orders have shown up in UPS MyChoice as being dispatched from China last weekend (even though Apple still has them as 'Preparing to ship').
- UK pre-orders typically left China the weekend before launch Friday, arriving in the UK a couple of days before. They then sit in a warehouse until the day before (today) when the pallets are broken down and the labels scanned again for dispatch to the local delivery office. Apple then shows them as 'Dispatched' and they can be tracked. This can be any point from about lunchtime today to the early hours of tomorrow (Friday) morning.

Basically anyone who ordered an item and then customised it such as a different coloured band as to the model shown on the shop could incur delivery delays.
Because I changed my sports band from black to green is exactly why it says 23-25th Sept as this is considered to be a custom order. This is the reason why i will not get it for tomorrow.

Not called Apple, but just got a notification from DPD to say something is arriving tomorrow.... not sure if it is the watch or phone
If DPD are the courier it’s worth downloading their app - their tracking is usually extremely accurate.
