Having called Three again I have just been told that my delivery date is indeed tomorrow. Why is it so difficult for this company to keep its customers informed? I will not get confirmation of this delivery until after 7pm tonight. This would have been far too late to re-arrange plans had the delivery not been tomorrow and I had not called them to make sure. The customer service does leave a lot to be desired, the person I spoke to sounded like I was interrupting her from doing something she'd far rather be doing (like filing her nails!)
