[UK] iPad 2 "Three" Orders

This is becomming really, really, frustrating. I might pop into my local Three store tomorrow, look into how i can file a complaint. Will also ask about possible compensation, not because of it being late but because we've been told one date and then promised and then it being delayed again. I paid for it almost 2 weeks ago now.
The guy even had the cheek to tell me they are expecting stock tomorrow so I might get it on Thursday!
Now where have I heard that before!
Also if they are totally out of stock why are they suddenly accepting online orders with a given delivery date of the 19th April, especially as there are still so many back dated orders from the start of last week outstanding still.

I think they're accepting orders so people can actually buy it thinking it's such a great deal (which it is, 15GB per month is awesome), but then telling those customers that stock has been delayed too. Illegal? I still don't know. I haven't seen or heard of one person who has received their iPad 2 from 3 yet so I doubt they've had any stock at all.
I hope to ****ing god they haven't activated my account, if I'm charged £25 in two weeks for a months usage when I haven't even received my iPad or sim then I'll be furious.
I could have got one instore over a week ago but they wouldn't sell it to me as I needed to upgrade and could only do that over the phone. I should just have set up a second account with them!
Also I have left a couple of posts on the blog today and they are still not accepted by the mods. No surprises there!

I think the worst thing is how the long, in depth, comments on the blog saying how we're angry and why are just ignored. Just saw two long comments, both of which were replied with "give me order number I'll look into it. Sorry". It's just not good enough. The generated replies for every comment really annoy me...
I left quite a few long posts today and it took them ages to authorise them.

Is what I am reading true? Do they have no stock and, despite yet more assurances yesterday that I would get my iPad tomorrow because stock was being processed through the warehouse last night, I am not going to receive anything?
Have these people no shame? Why do they promise things they know they can't deliver? It just makes people incredibly mad.

I'm waiting on an email! There's hope at last! We were told we'd be emailed after 7pm regarding despatch
Well I been told by someone else who's dealt with three and they say it should be here tomorrow but there should be another email off the courier about delivery.

Lucky you mate. They ship using DPD. You should get a text on the day about 7am giving a rough time frame.
Well it looks like tuesday deliveries are Wednesday. so maybe my Wednesday delivery will now be thursday? I blooming well hope so.

That is good that you all seem to be recieving your emails. Doubt I will get mine tonight. Think I will call tomorrow afternoon and see if there is a shipping update on my account.
I really hope they get yours to you on Thursday, Steve, as an existing customer I would have thought they might have treated you with some loyalty but obviously not.

I haven't had an email or text off DPD or any courier service yet. I woke up really excited but now I'm at work thinking it won't arrive today. Haha.. What a cruel game to play.
