Yeah, think it's safe to say it was more glitch than offer. I'm still going to argue the toss with them, as it's their fault - might at least try to get a voucher out of it for the inconvenience.
I'm kind of hoping that so few people will have caught it that it will just slip through the net.

I am in exactly the same situation! I guess the good thing for me is that I'm at work all day and then out all night tonight so I can wait until tomorrow to see what happens, as I won't get to use an iPad if I get it today.

Yes..that was me..how did i let the cat out of the bag? Its an obvious mistake..your only chance of getting it was if they decided to honour it or not..things like that arent swept under the carpet.

I've asked too. All they keep saying to people is "you'll get a call from us". Does that mean it's a call to say you can't have it at that price?
It's Currys - I was kind of hoping for their innate incompetence to carry us through this one... Ah well, they've obviously not decided yet if they're still not ringing/are still 'working out the details'.
Yeah, that could be an issue I guess. I'll be sure to point out to them that FPS ensures payments reach the recipient within two hours!

thats because their awaiting delivery, hence the website not showing stock either, be patient and once they start rolling in things will be fine

Newtownbreda told me that. I rang Bentrim just to make sure and they didn't have any either. Not sure about Carrick but the girl said no Tesco in NI had them yet.

I've reserved a 32Gb Space Grey at my local Argos. Will be collecting later and ensuring I get my £20 of vouchers too.
Nowhere seems to have the Smart Cases/Covers in stock now (other than buying from Apple with 1-3 days despatch).
Would be good to know the weight difference between the Smart Cover and Smart Case - I read a couple of reviews saying the latter makes the Air noticeably heavier.
