I cannot begin to tell you how much hard work it is returning (or in my case trying to return) an iPad to Apple via TNT. I put my return request in last Tuesday - TNT didn't call me for over a week (and only did so after I phoned Apple twice) to arrange pick up, which was supposed to be this afternoon, and they haven't turned up. Phoned TNT - they can do naf all as it has to be the Apple department that deal with it, who are only open 9-5. Soooo 9 days later, it's still sat on my dinner table and not looking like going anywhere any time soon.![]()
Ugh, that sounds terrible. Pretty glad I had it shipped to my parents' address now - my Dad's retired so he can wait around for someone to come and pick it up!
I naively thought that I could just take it back to the store when it arrived; I won't be making that mistake again.
