has anyone managed to apply there EE 20 discount to the 100gb tariff mine only works on the 200gb don’t want that one as trying to cut some costs.

I was going to order ipad pro from them purely on the basis of 3 years warranty. Luckily decided to read the reviews and they were not a good read.
Ended up buying from John Lewis. Got lucky there.
To be clear, this is the Apple Store in Regent Street

Didn’t like mine, returned it earlier today.
I like them, bit pricey but I hate a big chunky case, this makes the phone the same size now as a naked iPhone XR whilst offering what seems to be fairly good protection. It’s not like their previous cases where the lip on the sides seems to come back too much over the screen. If you like a simple looking case, don’t mind the price & can’t be arsed guessing what another brand one will be like if you order online it’s worth it I think.

It is so annoying. I’ve told them about what other people here have got. Played the angle that all other networks get 5G as standard and don’t need to change plans. The issues I’ve had with MyEE. Not giving me a crumb.

I’ll try again in the week on live chat and then wait for Black Friday to either stick or ditch for Vodafone.

Keep on trying on live chat you get what you want at the end.....
PS
What you done wrong is quoting other people offers.

I never do this just let them offer you the deals if you like the sound of the deal they are offering you haggle them down in prices.....

Deffinately chat to them on their online chat system, My aunt got the £25 200gb deal for £20 without much trouble. Its not as good a deal as some but she was happy with it.

What is the 20% discount code if you don't mind me asking?

I put up a post earlier about moving 2 lines over from Vodafone to EE...

I have £5 loyalty and 20% discount on the £20 100GB deal had to do it using online chat

Here’s the kicker.

Battery failed the diagnostic - was told £199 to replace or I could opt not to. We opted not to - will get a new laptop soon anyway.

So she goes to collect today - they ask her to pay £160 for the battery.

What battery?

She was just gonna pay, but I told her it’s clear in the note that we didn’t agree to have the battery replaced (and it’s not in the parts list).

Get home to check... battery has hundreds of cycles on it! They didn’t replace it but tried to get her to pay for it!

Oh delightful, and that’s Apple? I am surprised from them, possibly a genuine mistake or was there no apology forthcoming?

Yep. Whenever I said about what other people have got - these other people were people on here which I just worded as close friends to make it sound more genuine - all I got was “there is no way we would do that”.

Got the exact same deal as this last week, it’s definitely a lot of luck involved with who you speak to etc. but managed to get the £5 loyalty added on top of the 20% discount

Sweet! A lot of it is luck and who you speak to on the day. I got the 20% applied on a Friday and on Sunday morning someone on here mentioned the loyalty discount so I went back on chat and managed to get a further £5 off applied to the contract. I have mentioned it a few times on here, prior to the iPhone 12 being announced ee were also giving out Beats X earphones as part of their plans. As soon as the iPhone 12s were revealed they pulled the deal. I asked on chat for them to throw them in and they agreed. Not many have been so lucky since then.

I did take a screenshot of the offer below but in the end, it wasn't needed. Like others have said ee are getting hammered with people calling up to upgrade so it's a seller's market for them. The next best deals will likely be Black Friday.

My sister has just applied for a Blue Light Card @Davelfc!?

How do I apply the discount when she becomes a member?

Thanks for your help. :)

I use a 20% perk, through the BlueLightCard so you might be able to find something similar.

I believe the Amazon prime smart benefit is Prime Video only, so not the rest of the stuff you get on Amazon prime.

I always laugh at the offer under the one you took a pic of! .. who on earth, in this day and age, find 250MB of data enough to do anything at all!!!
