Can’t see why it should be affected.

The only problem, perhaps, is the added demand for home delivery, and therefore added pressure on the couriers.

I’m pretty sure they can adapt especially as they would be anyways for holiday season.

I hope click and collect services will ease the courier’s workload. And hope the in-store collection stocks moved to Click+Collect services like lockers. Not sure how they going to arrange that tho.

I am not very preferred to home delivery as delivery window slippage

Boris says “click and collect” will remain open, so let’s see if apple use this for the iup launch day ?

Yep, I was going to ask this. Obviously there's bigger things to worry about right now but was planning to get the Pro Max on the IUP. Not sure I'll be able to now!

Is there anyway to get the new iPhone on the upgrade plan as the stores are shut would it be able to do it online at all

My first world dilemma is whether to keep the silicone case and my MagSafe charger order (total cost = £88) or whether to return them and stick with the Ringke onyx which cost me £7.99. Hmm...
Gave both mine back, but it may be amicable for your needs !

In Spain during the spring lockdown IT shops were considered essential businesses. I’ve no idea about Apple stores though as there aren’t any in the Canaries.

AppleInsider just confirmed all Apple stores will close from Thursday.
Is that just England? Scotland isn’t in full lockdown. My region in Scotland is Tier 3 which means non-essential retail is still open.

EDIT: Just read it

“The new lockdown will effectively force 33 of the UK's 38 Apple Stores to close from Thursday onward. Of the remainder, Cardiff's St Davids's 2 Apple Store in Wales and Belfast's Victoria Square location are already closed, while Glasgow and Edinburgh stores will remain open.”
