Yes you are, they are quite lenientAre you able to return the phone to Apple if you've tried it and don't like it? Sounds like a stupid question but O2 give you 14 days to return, even if you've used it.
Apple operate a 14 day no quibble return policy. Are you able to return the phone to Apple if you've tried it and don't like it? Sounds like a stupid question but O2 give you 14 days to return, even if you've used it.
Yes my understanding with apple is you can return within 14 days. in fact others on here have said you have 14 days form the day you received it to initiate the return and a further 14 days to return it so its more like 28 days totalAre you able to return the phone to Apple if you've tried it and don't like it? 13.00What time are UK pre-orders for the 12 Pro Max opening at?
It varies to be honest. Most people swear by the iOS app but it doesn’t always work out.Never pre-ordered an iPhone before, always waited a couple of months, but I will be pre ordering a 12 Pro Max! Is it best to do it on a Mac or my iPhone, I am paying via Apple Pay so either isn't a problem at all, just whatever is best for a 1pm order!
That doesn't mean much as that's just standard opening times that are displayed on GoogleSorry to say, John on the Apple Chat is wrong! According to Apple's own website - Cardiff will be open:
Apple St David's 2
Opens on Mon at 9:30 am
Mon 9 Nov 9:30 am - 8:00 pm Tue 10 Nov 9:30 am - 8:00 pm

I do appreciate that those in England would not be allowed to go there, but the statement, as made (the bit about "at least a month"), is contradicted. It is closed until Monday.
I don't get what you are saying. I just did a google search and saw:That doesn't mean much as that's just standard opening times that are displayed on Google

problem is lockdown so the time will be extended into Dec more likely unless you get it collected by UPSThis is correct.
Thanks for the heads up -- preordered a silicone case for the Pro Max. This site is a mixed blessing; great info but bad for my wallet!
@Dinof did Apple charge you for your iPhone in the end?
I think that if you obtain your iPhone via home delivery (as it appears that you will have to because of lockdown) Apple will expect you to return it via the online process within the normal time frame. However, any purchase made from about the 14th November will probably not have to be returned until about the 8th January (Christmas extended return period).problem is lockdown so the time will be extended into Dec more likely unless you get it collected by UPS
Truth! I need this phone already! It’s been a long wait considering the delayed launch.
...sadly, yes - my Apple Store app finally switched to 'Order Collected'!!
