more good news just arrived - delivery now advanced to 5th (tomorrow!!) so good job the ESR case and Screen protector arrived yesterday

You are in a different position and should be ok because yours was a store collection (Trafford Centre on Friday 23rd October IIRC) which means your return to store period expires on Friday 6th November, when stores in England will be closed. In this situation Apple should allow you to extend your return period until the stores re-open.

So DPD collected my 11 pro about half an hour ago, i'll be interested to see if I get the full £567 from rebuy? I put it in as like new, so we shall see in the next few days.

I ordered a 128Gb Pro in PB on 23rd October. From day one it showed as arriving on 16th November. Last night it moved to preparing to ship. This morning it showed as shipped and dpd have confirmed delivery in about an hour’s time. This gives me a couple of days of hands on use before 1pm on Friday when I could possibly be ordering the max... Cool beanz Apple 👍 😋

Yes, preorder and select tariff at the same time. O2 went live about 15 mins early for the 12 and 12 Pro so I’d sit refreshing the screen every now and again from 12:30 if I were you.
Expect the Pacific Blue to be the one that sells out first, followed by Gold if it’s anything like their 12 Pro availability. And don’t worry if you hear absolutely nothing from them after the initial confirmation email until the morning of delivery. We had that issue with the previous launch.

When did you order on the 23rd? Mine was around 8pm in the evening, showing the same date to arrive on the 16th too. Hopefully mine will move in the next day or so. I did order the new Pad Air too, usually they ship them separately if one becomes available before the other but wasn't sure with the circumstances if they are shipping together, iPad is also showing the 16th.
Not sure on the exact time I placed the order. It could have been in the very early hours as I work permanent nightshifts

I recieved an email just after 10am that they had my phone and I haven't heard back yet.
I thought that the phone was unmarked to be honest but they said that there were visible scratches on the front, back and the frame. Judge for yourself.
