What is the point of producing phones in these lovely colours when folk just hide them away in opaque cases?

They’re still showing as £48.10 for the Pro Max too apart from the blue which is at £52. Prices haven’t changed since yesterday
I believe this will be like case with JL silicon case as introductory offer. Not a price glitch.
Anyone with the normal 12 pro getting 5G speeds using a EE e sim? Is it still impacted if you have another physical sim in the iPhone?
I know this is not iPhone related but for anyone who wanted to pre order an xbox series s for launch day delivery amazon just had a restock! Managed to secure mine for launch day!
you will NOT get 5G if youre using dual sim.
Turn off one of the lines, that youre not using and you should get 5G on your e-Sim
5G speed test in Belfast. Bit late to the 5G game but we don’t have it everywhere in NI yet. Pretty impressed with this 👍🏼

I’m going to be upgrading from iPhone X to the 12 Pro. How easy is it to transfer my physical EE sim into a ESIM? I’ve seen something about requesting it on MYEE via email for 50p, has anyone tried this and do you receive the QR code instantly? Many thanks everyone!

Thanks. Hope this gets fixed fast. Defeats purpose of running two key features at the same time.
Normally free in a EE store (but of course they’re closed ). Last year was an option to pay 1.50 and get it in post.
Just spoke to EE about this and the guy had to check with Tech support.
Basically they send a QR through the post and you scan it on the new device, which then deactivates the old eSIM. You can the proceed to wipe the old phone.
You can request QR codes for esims and just keep them until you need them. There’ll be times when you need to upgrade/replace phones so they are handy to have ready to go. Ordering excess packs is fine.
Thanks, that’s exactly what I wanted to do. So these QR codes don’t have an expiry date? My plan was to use my physical EE sim in the 12 Pro when it arrives and request a QR code for whenever I might want to transfer to ESIM
See lots of you discussing eSIMs, is there a real advantage to using them if you only have and use one SIM?

Can’t see it ever getting to my neck of the Welsh woods!! Having said that though I get a steady 90mbps indoors with EE and used to struggle to get 1mbps with Three so I’m not really complaining!

I had a £150 upgrade fee due when I upgraded back in October since it was originally meant to be December 30th but when i spoke to the live chat they managed to waive it as id been with them for a long time. I didn't actually place the upgrade through the chat as she wasn't able to add my student discount to her upgrade plans so she said it was cheaper for me to do it myself but the upgrade fee was gone when i placed the order so they can do it depending on your advisor and how long you've been with them
I've ordered the Baltic Blue but I'm tempted by the California Poppy.
