I’m just catching up on forum after unpacking (and LOVING) my new 13 Pro and iPad Mini! .. I‘d forgotten about the whole mask/unlocking/watch thing so went to set it up and it’s done it perfectly for me. Just had to toggle the switch and put my passcode in.Has anyone been able to turn on Face ID Watch unlock in Face ID settings, or is the communication error just an iPhone 13 bug affecting every unit?
If you have time, would be good to see a couple of pics after you've installed it plz. 👍Armorite here so all good to set up… think it was mentioned but it doesn’t start the phone model anywhere on the box!

He said 1264 iPhone orders were misplaced they think it was a batch and they are going to phone each customer. He said it’s all ran very poorly (surprised to hear someone from EE say that). He said it will be 14 days. I asked why new customers can order now and receive it in 7 days and he said because the iPhones are already assigned to those 1264 people. I said it makes no sense that you would send a new customer their order first and he agreed but said that’s what is happening.
So a new customer can order online now and receive it in 7 days, but these 1264 customers have to wait 14 days - exact words from this executive complaints guy.

It didn’t so I just activated/paid for it via the website. Took 5 minutes and now all I’m all covered.Highly recommend that.

That made me cringe. I could see it coming!
Would be nice to see how the ESR Amorite looks especially if people are saying it blends in with the screen due to the black edges. Currently got the normal ESR and you can see the outer silver lining which I don’t mind, nearly got it perfect but some dust specs under the protector which I don’t like.

We've endured another 12 months of COVID challenges since the last one and whilst it looks like things are abating on that front, we're set for more challenges of other kinds. 🤷♂️
I know we often obsess over "first world problems" e.g. shades of blue, dust under screen protectors, shipping delays etc. But it's nice to have an outlet to just escape and come together to embrace our collective passion for all things Apple. 😊
