Thanks to The Game 161 and hats off to vendi. Posted iPhone 13 Pro Max off yesterday and already ben paid.

"Congratulations, your order has now been accepted and the price finalised.

We will now do a payout* of £775 to the bank details provided when you submitted the order."
no worries glad you got such a good price.

I was amazed at how quick and good they were and the price they offer is unmatched by anybody else. £40 more than MM which I know many like to use.

In terms of Music Magpie I will say they did a brilliant job for me recently.

Sent off my iPhone 12 at my nearest Asda drop off point and it made it to their national warehouse before getting lost in the system.

Got in touch with MM and after a few days they got it sorted out for me and paid me the full amount (based on pre-testing).

I’m a great fan of MusicMagpie too and have successfully used them several times now for both iPhones and MacBooks.

At the end of the day however we are all after the best price that we can get and Vendi seems to be the clear leader at the moment.

Well, for an iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB, New (opened), Unlocked, Vendi offer the same as MM - £630, which is also pretty good.

I guess the only thing on everyone's lips is what is going to be the cost of any new phones, come this September - how close will the prices be vs the current trade-in values for the current 13 line up.....

Very much so. Last year saw a drop in price if my memory is not playing tricks on me but I believe we are going to be hit with a significant increase, maybe £150 to £200 for a Pro Max 256GB. I hope I’m wrong.

It may actually save people some money this year, as there is no hype train to get on board so they may think twice about upgrading and then having the infamous 'Buyers Remorse' ....!!!

😁
You’ve made a very good point there Dino as by now we are normally beginning to whip ourselves up into a frenzy of anticipation.

The real excitement will start after the announcement though.

I’m seriously considering not bothering this year for the first time EVER. I’ve had every single main iPhone at launch since it all began in 2007. 15 years ago!

There again…

this will change in the coming weeks! switching up from a pro to a pro max maybe? :)

good to read about vendi working out for a few of you! I might have to keep a small tracker of prices from a few sites and see how they change over the next month!

Vendi offering £720 vs MM with £710 for my 13Pro 256GB.

always regret not having a burner phone!

EDIT: £5 more from MM with code '5MORE'

so who has bought a 'burner' phone to tide them over until the 14 is announced?

Wouldn't mind a cheap alternative I could use and sell the current phone early.

any recommendations on a minimum phone to start at? also what kind of money would people be willing to spend on a phone which might get a months use and then back in the drawer for a year?

I bought a XR and sold my 12PM few months back cracking phone for the price
plus can’t have buyer remorse now with already selling the PM on
