I'm trying to go caseless with my current 13 Pro and wallet but find the wallet comes off way to easily as there is no grip for the wallet on the slippery back of the iPhone.

For that reason, I have ordered a textured skin from EazySkins - that way, the wallet has something to grip on.

I think you might find that the problem is the weakness of the phone’s inbuilt magnets. The wallet attaches more securely to a compatible case.

also saw something about 'stronger MagSafe magnets' on the IP14... doubt it would be one Apple announce but will have to wait for all the YouTube tests!

Also, if I’m ordering 2 iPhones, is it best to order them together or separately? I usually order my cases separately afterwards but I’ve never ordered 2 iPhones (one for my hubby) at the same time.

yes, once the store re-opens (soon after the event finishes) you'll see all the official pricing and configuration options.

You won't have a problem with 2 phone orders at the same time... assume you're paying outright and not doing the Barclays pre-auth finance?

There use to be this thing about ordering accessories alongside the phone and that causing delays as they then needed to combine items into a single package. I don't think that's an issue any more. That was more in the days the phones would ship from China and then they would have to combine the cases and package together. I will still be ordering the cases separately but due to being able to add the 10% discount via work perks.

The Apple Store will be down before/during the keynote. Once that is finished, it will then be updated with all the information you should need regarding specs and prices etc.

Also cancelled with EE and got a Lebara 30 day rolling sim for 1p per month and £6.90 per month after that. 12GB data and unlimited everything else. I work from home full time so would never use my 100GB with EE so this just made sense.

Just popped the new sim in and I have 5G at home which I didn’t have with EE!

Hahahah! good one. I have a feeling this event will be longer due to the introduction of the new Apple Watch. The Apple watch will probably be the highlight of the event. Last year, Apple didn't talk much about the Series 7 AW.

I just brought a Graphite Pro Max 13 256gb... from Amazon but via Music Magpie for £945 - decent deal?

I haven't switched it on but it looks in mint condition externally. I brought it incase v14 is too incremental. If 14 impresses ill return the 13 and order the 14 but wanted to pick up a 13 Pro Max incase they became rare. I have the XS Max (4 years old mint conidition) but thought its times for an upgrade for with a massive battery.

Good strategy?
