I still haven't received any DPD tracking information yet either. I have my order number, EE confirmed all is fine. Pre-ordered at 1:15pm last Friday. I'll be pissed if I don't get it tomorrow.

Without derailing the thread too much - my M1 Max sits on my desk at home and is never moved. My editing drives etc connect to it and it's my main workhorse when it comes to editing (FCPX).
I wanted the MBA for exactly what you're considering it for - just something smaller and lighter to use around the house, in the living room in front of the TV, or to take with me when I'm out - maybe the odd light FCPX edit when I'm not at my desk.
I'll still be keeping the M1 Max as my main editing machine - the MBA will do everything else.
Wasn't needed at all to be fair - just makes life a bit easier! lol
Ahhhh I can’t contain my excitement! Upgrading from the 13 mini to the 14 Pro Max is so exciting. I do really like the mini and I’m contemplating keeping it as a backup (or maybe for work instead of my company 11), but I really miss the Max display and battery life. Not to mention the cameras!
It’s gonna feel so big and I can’t wait! 🤣

That’s big upgrade - you will really notice the screen size difference and weight. Will feel like a iPad Mini to you!

Wow, that's a huge increase, both in size and weight! Have you had a Max before your Mini?
I’ve been getting by with a 2017 standard iPad for my bigger screen needs, but I won’t bother with it much once I’m back on the Max.
The A10 is struggling these days and I can imagine it’ll only be worse with iPadOS 16.
