I noticed you can add travel cards for the transport systems in China, Hong Kong, Japan and the US. I wish London Transport would allow us to add our Oyster cards to the wallet. I know you can add a credit or debit card as an express travel card but I still use an Oyster card for my travel in London and I would like to have that in my Apple Wallet.
Oyster apparently costs TfL more money than contactless, so can't see them adding something they would prefer you didn't use!

This doesn‘t sound good if we all phone them every day they will soon get bored of us

They dont have a phone number anymore do they? Nor a Twitter account, its either email or live chat.

Seeing as it happened specifically to a lot of people on the weekend looks like an issue on their side so hooefully they sort it and pay us on Tuesday.

If they ran out of money im hoping they sold a ton of phones this weekend and made it all back to pay us 😂

I
Yeah I was told that and then told only on certain handsets so not sure, yes none in stock but I can get them ready beforehand when in stock thanks
I often buy Curry’s vouchers through work. Get 6.5% off. Used to be more. Better than nothing.

Using both of your examples, you have broken one phone in say 5+ years. If you had been paying Apple Care at say £249 every year for that period then that’s £1245, which you could’ve used to buy a new iPhone to replace the one you smashed (if that does indeed unfortunately occur).
So what happens if you then break that replacement?

No problem if you have AC+, but if not, that’s another £1249 you’ve got to find.

Anybody got experience of sending the phone back when bought using Barclays finance, not impressed at all with my 14 pro battery poor and yes did a clean install also noticed when I check my orders no option to start a return

Well you did go around 7 years without an accident already

I think when you’ve spent that much on the phone then yeah an extra £249 is probably less relevant but when Apple Care is nearly a quarter of the price of the phone (such as a base spec Pro), it seems high imo.

It’s not £249 per year though. It’s over two years. How many of us in here keep our phones more than a year!!!!

The number is 0808 196 5009 I will probably give them until after I finish work unless I see people on here calling them and getting paid.

Odd, just checked my order and it too says it’s it’s ineligible to return. Probably one to contact Apple about.

Small report after 2 full days use.

Haven’t found it much different than my 13PM. Battery life seems to be on par so far.

But glad I upgraded as I love the deep purple colour and the dynamic island.

This may be my eyes but the screen looks to be a little bit more colourful than the 13. Only slightly but something I’ve noticed.

Overall very happy with no complaints.

Good catch but then some on here upgrade their iPhone annually and as far as I am aware you can’t transfer it to the new one? So in reality they will be paying for Apple Care annually.

Yes but you can either get a refund or just pay monthly and cancel at end of the year

Yes, happened to me too. I thought the phone had been bricked at first!

Me too, while I was setting it up (transferring from other phone) the screen (phone) went off and I couldn't get it back on. Thought it couldn't be battery as the phone was on about 75% just before, but just in case I plugged it into a charger, and as soon as I did it powered back up, and continued the setup. Wondering if it was a "feature" to be plugged in to make sure there was enough power to complete setup.

Does anyone else keep having glitches with messages being up the top half the screen? Have to keep force quitting the messages app.

Bloody garbage this software

I haven’t noticed and software issues so far my phone is updating now though so I am looking forward to them.

Have you not met my daughter?! lol.

On the iPhone 8+ she broke 3 screens in 6 days. So much so the Apple Store joked the third time "Oh you must be here to upgrade as you can't have broken another screen"

EDIT: She should have paid extra for the 3rd screen, but she smiled and they took pity on her.

Mine seems to have scrolling glitches. Happens in Tapatalk and quite a lot of other apps when you swipe through fast. Must be software. Could be refresh rate related.

I haven’t so much as scratched a single phone I have owned.
