A: 100% NO. I doubt even 2% of the posters on here are 'hardcore sports people' - they literally only bought the watch because its new tech!

Might be a weird question, but is it sharp? not cut your finger type sharp obviously, but do you reckon it might scratch other things if you accidentally knock it i.e., car paintwork etc?
Went for it for purely on looks and the extra screen size. While I run and gym, the normal S8 would be perfectly fine.

I don't think it would be able to scratch other things.
I would definitely recommend going check one out in a store to see the size and be able to get a better idea about the sharpness. Although I would say not really sharp at all.

Hmm, sooo tempted as can pick them up whilst the wife is out and she would never notice. Except my internal justification to do it is to give her my AirPod Pro S1s...and if I do that she will know ....

If you don’t need em, don’t do it buddy. I don’t think there’s enough difference, personally, to justify the upgrade. But of course, if you have the money and you want em, by all means spend your dinero how you please! Lol

Ultra. First impressions. First off. Love it! Not too big or heavy. Don’t like the band though. Very in Apple for you have to attach the little clip thing yourself.

I only walk for exercise. I’m deciding to keep it as the series 8 looks exactly like the series 6 I had. The ultra is just for a change really.
