How does the UR website work
I have an account which I can sign in to if I wanna buy something but if I go to sell it opens another tab then when I try and sign in. it says we couldn’t find those details

It says 7 days on their website however, I locked in my price on the 28th August and shortly after got a txt to say that the would aim to get the pack sent out asap but as they were busy they were extending the 7 days to 14. Also you don't have to wait for the pack they send out as the email contains a prepaid label you can print if you want to use your own packaging. Hope that helps.
I had this issue before. Find your confirmation email for the sale and click my account near the top of the email, I was then signed in on the website.

Mine didn't even come with the cardboard lol literally just a bag and label. Stuck it in the original apple box and used that.
Only that they received the device but haven't inspected it yet.

I was having the same problem. You will have created a sell account. Try logging in on https://sell.ur.co.uk and it should work!
