Yes they do. They are brown box stock and not normal retail stock. In other words it's just the phone itself although brand new. For an issue like that they should replace it on the spot. Make sure you have a current back up before you take it in so you can restore it to the new phone.
I ordered by bank transfer - my ordering profile has been messy. I got 1 email.
Nvm just read that you have to add your nxt goodybag before the first one expires, then you wont have problems.

I ordered an iPhone 4S to a friend of mine living in UK last night from store.apple.com/uk. The order is still processing. Is this normal? I'm scared that they might cancel it because i am not in the UK but i am having them deliver to a friend in UK, whom will bring to me. Can they cancel because it is a foreign credit card?

im getting my 4s in 2 weeks roughly, my girlfriend is pissed off because this year i have also purchased a macbook pro, shes saying im selfish, she doesnt realise that im also getting her a 4s for christmas, she keeps pissing me off reminding me how much iv spent on myself, so do i tell her what shes getting, or just take the insults? and by insults i cant even post what she said...
