Can't find anything decent either. You'd think the manufacturers would have something ready since the design leaked waay earlier.
Powersupport is the worst...ALWAYS late to the party.
You never know, last years 'Tear Drop' iPhone may well have scared a few manufacturers off using leaked design specs.
As for me, My iPhone will be naked, only ever used a bumper on my 4 and although spotlessly clean, it scuffed the steel.
Took it off after a week and not a single mark on it since.
This probably means ill be dropping the 5 within an hour and end up queuing for another one

I am PAYG and they told me on the phone no nanosims yet. It looks as though they may be handing them out in Three stores though?
I've signed up for the £12.90 a month all you can eat internet buffet though as on PAYG to be sure of all you can eat it's a £15 add-on which expires after a month.

I went to two 3 stores today, both said they don't have PAYG nanosims but do have nanosims for replacement/new contract customers. Clever buggers tying us into contracts. I got the £12.90 rolling 1 month.
Certainly seems like 3 are gonna be big winners out of all of the carriers to get iPhone 5 on launch. Many forums I frequent have seen a lot of people abandoning O2 and going to 3.

Called up three to order my nano sim. The agent said he doesn't know it comes with the adapters and they would charge me. Luckily I have 3 three stores close by

For those asking about cases/protectors, I went into P4U today in Burnley and was told they'd have cases and skins in BEFORE launch, and he gave me the date of 20th Sept.
I think because the rumours were so precise this year it's given a chance for case-makers to get in a lot of stock. Last year, my 4S had to sit without a case for 3 weeks because the American market wasn't set-up, let alone the British one.

I've just ordered a Spigen black pouch on Ebay to keep me going to begin with (or until there is more choice anyway).

Spent over an hour on livechat last night, spoke to someone who told me they needed to transfer me to the 'shop' to get a PAC and then put me on 'hold' for over an hour before kicking me off telling me to try again later
Tried again this morning and after another half hour wait they told me that they are no longer give PAC's over online chat, only over the phone; from what I've heard it's taking well over an hour on the phone to hand over PACs now and you have to put up with someone pleading with you to stay. I guess they're hoping people will give up.
All very annoying, am more convinced by my decision to move away from o2 now than I was 24 hours ago.
I got my PAC from O2 online yesterday........took 40 mins - over 30 on hold to get thru to the 'shop'.............actually I was surprised they gave me it online - I thought they would say it would come in the post or take a few hours to generate but no I got it after I indulged the rep and answered a few questions about why I was moving and why it wasn't a good option for me to stay! I was kind of surprised they didn't mention that contract still had nearly month to run......... Now hopinh the code works when I come to use it.

I probably will but I usually use the phone in a case that straps on your arm..its going to have to be a bloody big case at this rate!
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but is anyone else planning on visiting an Apple Store on Friday morning, I want a Black 32GB one so I reckon I need to get there early. What time are people getting there for?
Not sure if anyone has answered this for you, but my brother now lives in Kinver, so right next to Stourbridge. When I used to visit him when I was on O2 I'd get 1 to 2 bars at best and no useable 3G. With Three I get full bars & good 3G data - same when I'm doing a quick mooch in the Bullring before heading back to London.
Went to go and grab a Three nano sim in Wimbledon and the very apologetic chap in there said they weren't due in until Monday, so will head back then.

I tried naked but i just couldn't stop obsessing and would inspect the phone every 5 minutes. Plus several people handle my phone (gaming) and they're less 'careful' than i am. Hence i try to at least have a screen protector on it.
I did the exact same thing as you and realized I should have gone for the one plan. 3 told me there's no way of changing it and you can't upgrade to that tariff either; you need to cancel the order and place a new one. I called up to cancel and then tried to place a new one online but had no luck- 10 minute phone call and a new order was placed and confirmed for 9/21!
