Hmm! I'm on GiffGaff(e) so come delivery day I'll be breaking out the craftknives, scissors & sandpaper!
And then approximately 30 minutes later when I've completely destroyed it and nothing works I'll probably be hurriedly going on Three's website begging for a PAYG sim
I will however be getting my PAC code sent from GG before I destroy my SIM
I'm in exactly the same boat as you. PAC code already requested from GG & looking forward to a day of filing & cutting on Friday

Suggest you try and call again. I just called about 20 minutes ago and spoke to a really helpful chap. Will dispatch my nano sim and I should, with any luck, receive it by Thursday. 3-5 days is the quote they have to give though.

Has anyone had anything other than a single Order Confirmation email from 3?
I got burnt last year with Vodafone screwing up my order. I don't wanna end up queuing outside meadowhall in a t shirt again
Haha a fellow Sheffield'er. I've got one but I upgraded. It says they're going to send me a text and package tracking when it's closer to the 21st. They also sent me an order confirmation which I'm sure you should have gotten?
Following up my post from last night. Been in touch with both CC Company and Apple this morning and both assure me that my order is fine and there are no issues with payment or anything.

Just spoke to Orange. Despite the fact that my contract end date changed, and completing my order online with no problems, it seems the order is not actually ok. They are still looking into it, but they cannot see it. If it is not there, they hav just lost a customer.

I assume companies like tesco and giffgaff are way behind the list when it comes to the nano sims, as they would surely come from the networks
I'm trying to knock a site together with info on where to get sims / when they r able to be ordered online.

That's good news as I don't like 2yr contracts! Where on EE's website was that written then? I just have missed it.

I got the order confirmation yeah, but then an anti-fraud call from my CC provider. So although I OK'd it, I'm a bit nervous!

So I have been on TMobile on pay as you go since June waiting for the new phone to come out. I preordered my phone as a new customer with TMobile at 8am on Friday and just called up to make sure that I could move across my balance and number. The lady on the phone said that my phone was due to be with me on Friday or Monday at the latest, but couldn't give me any tracking information but activated my new contract and moved over my number so I am all ready to go when the phone lands.
Here's hoping.

makes me sad because I upgraded and couldn't go this route. I didn't bother to cancel and reorder, 9:16 am when the page was up on upgrade I flew ahead I think I was one of the first people since it was up before new lines and I was determined to get it as soon as it poped up on upgrades. (I know, OCD much ).How was the queues outside Meadowhall (past launches), Apple Store? Did they actually let you queue up outside since its quite a busy lane since it leads to Oasis. I've never been there to see the queues for product launches, I was there on Saturday to find out some information on MacBooks.
