Most likely the phones are in the UK/Ireland already but we won't know until Wednesday.Do they not ship from Ireland or is it def china? I'm in northern Ireland so I would hope I get mine on Friday like it says in my confirmation email that I got at 8.05am after ordering.
Yeah, i'm on o2 already, but haven't specifically mentionned that when i've been in yet.
To be fair, a nano sim would be fairly useless to me without the adaptor till friday. Will try tomorrow i think.
Delivery carrier for T-Mobile is definitely UK Mail. Was confirmed to me on the phone earlier. The guy was actually pretty knowledgeable. I was asking him about travel Internet bundles as I'm off to Germany on Sunday and he informed me that i'll be asked what bundle i want when i try to connect to the internet over there but also gave me a bit of cracking info that T-Mobile's parent company Deutsch Telekom's 4G network was already up and running over there and I would have the option to connect to it. Will be good to give it an early run out to see what speeds it hits. Also said that the 5 is good to go on their HD voice over 3G here.
No need to panic until Friday - if your status is still preparing then, then there is a problem. If the status doesn't change by this time tomorrow, I might start to panic!
that would do my nut in!What's the problem with that?
I can post a letter at 6PM and it'll arrive the next day.
You think a huge company can't do that too?
Typical - poor planning by management and then they just get the lower orders to work like dogs to sort out the cr@p storm.Bless him, really nice lad - o2 have got them working overtime till 11pm to clear the call volumesthey are struggling to transfer between departments too due to the volumes.. Only 5 of the 80 calls today haven't been about the iPhone. Now as much as I <3

It depends but for security reasons in most cases they want to make a first attempt to deliver before they allow you to collect. You could always call you local delivery depot and ask once you have the tracking number. Is it possible to call the delivery company once we know the order number etc and get them to hold the package?
