Strange, I wen't to the t-mobile shop to confirm my order, they said it will arrive between 9am to 5pm on friday.Rang t mobile and they said what they have said to others - that they won't receive any phones until Friday. She said no pre order customers would receive the phone on Friday. She said she didn't know why three were able to guarantee their phones would arrive Friday.
I don't know whether to believe this, but if I hear nothing by Thursday night I'll just queue up at the apple store and cancel with t mobile if I get one.

If you can login to the O2 site, you can ask via the chat option for a PAC code. Much easier and you dont need to be the bill payer.

When I asked for my PAC code on live chat he refused to give it to me, continually repeating a number I had to call, instead. But maybe I just had a bad adviser, who knows.
Just phoned them up. She had to speak to her manager. Then she said she would get the agent who did my order to phone me back. I asked was there a problem and she said the agent would discuss. WTF?!?!
