o2 have had a nightmare getting it together for this release with information. How one company can have some many different things coming out of it is unbelievable.
Anyways, got the nano sim yesterday and have set it up this evening. Using the texting service, literally took 10 minutes for it to swap over. So my iP4 is marrily using the nano sim awaiting the 5
Does moving sims mean you lose you voicemail messages received in the past?
If you stay with the same network you should still have access to your voice mails. If switching then they are gone.
Just swapped over to nano sim and yes I've lost my old voicemail. I'm still with O2 though so it doesn't make a difference if you switch or stay.

Long story short did online chat to see if he could change the delivery address to his work and online CS just went ahead and CANCELLED his order!

Thats really shocking. I've always had good service with O2 in the past (although their network is poor where I live), but wow, why would he just assume you want it cancelling?

Crazy, i'd be straight on to threes/t mobiles website + I'd take the pic down has your mates phone number there and part password

Btw people who quoted you also need to edit as they still have the live link to image!
I have got the same update as limesmoothie according to the Online Tracker, but I have now locked myself out of that because it's flaky.
