Hi all,
Out of contract, I upgraded to iPhone5 on the orange website early morning on 14th. Website confirmed my order and change of talk plan but no email or text confirmation has been received. I've called orange customer services multiple times since friday morning to get a confirmation. Either they say they can't help and send me on a wild goose chase around different departments, all of whom refer me back to upgrades, or they say there is no record of your order but your next available upgrade date has changed to 24 months time! Currently, one operator has promised to look into it and get back to me. He's taken two days so far.... Does anyone know what's going on in that place? Have they made a monumental b's up? I'm left with a bank account - £209.99 (the money left my account on Monday), no receipt, no order confirmation and no one at orange who knows the score?
