So we've surpassed the 6,000 posts in the UK iPhone 4S thread, but are nowhere near the 17,000 posts in the UK iPhone 4 thread. We have a lot of work to do
wait untill about 10am tomorrow and the posts will come flooding in haha
Argh..Orange! I just spoke to someone after seeing this and they said its impossible for them to find out over live chat! Id love for them just to tell the truth!
CPW preorder iphone 5
Any others waiting for cpw to send out dispatch e.mails - i ordered sunday online and was led to believe order would be with me friday but i have had no notification of dispatch and cpw tracking says still processing.
Looks like i will not get my phone now unless it all changes friday morning!

Kilburn London. I just read on here that people were having luck so just tried my locals. A few people have said they have had luck with t-mobile Oxford street. They would probably be open till pretty late.
Just tried phoning T-Mobile and got the usual spiel of "we can't track your order, you'll know before we do". I ordered Friday at about 1pm-ish. Argh, this waiting is doing my head in. No text messages at all about status. The first email came and said they would text every three days. I've had zilch!! Nada.
I suppose I've just got to play the waiting game.

Just called Apple, they're recalling the UPS shipment, and it should be back to them soon.
I got an update in that other shipment is with UKmail, not Royal Mail as I was told earlier. I now have a good tracking number.

Why can they not find out, if they can access account details, and activate roaming then surely they can find out...

Same for me. Ordered an O2 upgrade of a white 16GB on Friday afternoon over the phone.
CPW assured me this morning that it was being picked and would be here tomorrow.
Now, don't believe them.
Tbh I think I've enjoyed this week more not chasing down tracking numbers and the delivery status of my phone, Unlike last year.
Ordered with 3, Got an email saying its coming tomorrow. I'm confidently (maybe stupidly) That it will arrive tomorrow

The `iPhone 4 was, to me, the highpoint for the iPhone, barring the original iPhone of course.
The iPhone 4 was just so beautiful. So beautiful, in fact, that the 5 is a modified 4.
Plan on walking by the Eldon Square Apple Store tomorrow morning just to have a nose. Sitting in the house waiting is nowhere near as fun as standing in those queues with all the Apple-like entertainment and the atmosphere that goes with it.

Similar story, reserved just after the announcement for £29 and completed the order on Saturday. Heard nothing about dispatch and even this morning they were saying it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (despite not being dispatched). In a call I made to them at 6pm I got the can't guarantee message - considering I reserved a phone with them I'll be a little peeved if they've decided not to bother doing what they said they would!
Forget the e-mails - I haven't received any and I know mine's been dispatched. Get your order number from them if you haven't already.

That will tell you roughly where your orders up to and give you the tracking number if it's been dispatched.

same here, my legs are like dead weights after 4 hours of queueing
the guy i spoke to said that UK Mail are working late tonight due to the delay they had getting the stock and that they will be sending out texts until midnight....

Exactly. I didn't receive the email like others saying that here's you tracking number etc. I was told I'd get that tonight or tomorrow and a text/ email giving me a 1 hour delivery window tomorrow too. I contaacted them to cancel my 1 month rolling contract and he said who ever get that email saying you will get an iPhone tomorrow, that means you will get the iPhone tomorrow and don't worry about it. Just don't miss the delivery he said!!
We don't know if they have been or not. T-Mobile refuse to give any update at all.
The thing i'm most annoyed about is that they were taking orders all the way up until Tuesday evening/ Wednesday morning, still guaranteeing delivery for Friday. They'll happily take your money but not deliver on their promises.
