Any others waiting for cpw to send out dispatch e.mails - i ordered sunday online and was led to believe order would be with me friday but i have had no notification of dispatch and cpw tracking says still processing.

Looks like i will not get my phone now unless it all changes friday morning!

Called Orange up and they refuse to give me a tracking number and they just say they haven't recieved it yet. I called the morning they started taking pre-orders and sold my phone the day before and the woman on the other side of the phone is telling me I'm going to have to wait 8-10 days?! yet my friend on T-Mobile ordered later in the day and he has already had an e-mail confirming delivery dispatchment!

same here... ordered at 10am on the Friday they even confirmed the time to me today.. also said it was prioritising first come first serve..hmmmm ok... yet other people posting they ordered later and they have tracking numbers with orange... all those how ever seem to be new customers.. i upgraded... fuming!!!

i have my own account manager, they are sending text tonight for all orders approx 50,000 will be sent.

all 16gb have been sold out from monday and will take 2 weeks to fulfill pre orders
32gb they had 1300 handset left
64gb the has 600 handset left as of 5pm yesterday

Has anybody had a text yet? Still waiting here. Don't want to phone CS because it's seem everyone's being fobbed off.

As a New Customer I ordered around 2pm on Friday.

Received this email:

Got this text at 17:13 today:

Orange website now says this:

and UKMail this:

So will be getting my iPhone 5 tomorrow

A post above said that texts might only get send out towards midnight fur to the late arrival of phones.

i hope they work through night to get it to local centre.

They do. It'll probably leave Hinckley around midnight and arrive at your local depot about 5am. Obviously it doesn't take five hours but they're the scan times usually. It'll then show 'Out for Delivery' from about 7am.

Preston is in Lancashire, and you are in .... Lancashire. I would say it's on it's way to you!

Mine is in Burgess Hill West Sussex, I live in Worthing West Sussex.

So yes, I think things are moving

Used the same method to check mine. It's in Burgess Hill too.

I'm repulsed. Was shipped on the 15th. Has been "scheduled for Friday 21st" up until 1 hour ago where it's now saying Monday the 24th.

UPS are AWFUL. "Standard delivery" it says. . .youd think for £599 apple would have enough money to use a next day service.

Maybe that would harm profits too much.

Mine said Hinckley up until about 5pm today. It's updated to Runcorn now (nearer to me ).

NO WAY, that's BS, did you order from Apple online? hope mine doesn't change.

I'm not sure I follow, are you not getting it tomorrow? EDIT: I just reread your post, I see what you mean now.

Also UPS are far from awful, probably the second best courier in the UK after DPD.
