Well, having had a text from ukmail saying delivery on Monday, a nice man in a van has just delivered!!!!!
Lucky I didn't go out.
Ahh, great! My text said Monday but it's definitely been scanned onto a van. Just a case of waiting now.
Mine stated out for delivery at 6:48am, not 5am. Just noticed it does say On Vehicle for Delivery at the top, thanks for your help
Still waiting. Ive been stuck with SYNCREON which is actually just a logistics company that holds the phone until its being delivered so I dont even know which courier is bringing it!

Syncreon is UKMail - put your tracking number into their website.
It's people like you why these go out of stock so quickly, and prevent people from even getting one.
Be decisive! Bring back restock fees to stop people like you leeching all the stock to play a pathetic game of return the iPhone.

Note: Im in the Leeds area.
If your tracking number begins with an 8, then i believe it'll be UK Mail, if it 1Z (i think it's 1Z) then it'll be UPS.
UK Mail, get the tracking number if it begins with 8, and track it on their website in the reference number box.
If it's 1Z, then track it through UPS.
Been sat here all morning awaiting my delivery, just looked at the tracking information and the UK Mail site says 'receipient unavailable at 9:30!"
Just rang UK Mail and after a long hold got through to their CS who told me the driver had put a card through my door and asked me to confirm I had a brown front door. I have a blue front door. She's now going to get the depot to contact the driver and see if he can attempt to redeliver today, but I'm guessing the odds of that will be approximately zero. I'm away from 10:00 tomorrow so if I don't get it before then I'm stuffed.
Right now I'm WELL pi**ed off.
At least they're meant to be calling me back within an hour to confirm what's happening, but if they're not going to deliver today I'm tempted to make an hour drive to the Trafford Centre Apple Store - anyone know what the situation there is like?

Great, things just get better, I've just discovered that because my phone number is being ported from O2 to 3 today, my mobile number that UK mail are meant to be calling me back on is currently unavailable for 'up to a couple of hours'

If your Apple tracking number starts with 8xxxxxxx its UK Mail... if it has a 'Z' in it anywhere, its UPS.
At least I think that's the case from reading this thread.
I'm Syncreon, and I have tracking info from UK Mail.
Ignorance. Apple sent out something that is marked. As they have done in the past and will do again in the future.
Several people have reported them being scuffed and marked before they've even took it of the box. You're one of the lucky ones i guess.
I would believe them, my unit arrived with a chip out of the box, just arranged a courier replacement with apple for next week.
anyone wondering about giffgaff nanosim, I have cut down my microsim from giff gaff and using it on my brand new iphone 5. didnt have to use a sandpaper at all.
