Hi guys.
Ive got a black iPhone 5 on order from T Mobile (a new contract) and I was wondering what the policy is with returning the phone and changing it for a different colour . Do I have to send it back directly to T Mobile? or can I go to an Apple store and change it that way?
Im hoping that I can go into an Apple store and do it as T Mobile's customer service line is so bad that it actually feels like a chore phoning them. I've never really known if the whole 'returning it to an Apple store' instead is a valid way of doing it but I thought you guys would be the best to ask.
